Klim is hiring a Senior Certification Specialist to own the validation and verification of our Agricultural Land Management (ALM)
projects end to end, making sure every credit we issue stands up to the most rigorous international standards. This is a senior
individual contributor role, sitting at the intersection of technical accuracy and operational impact, and reporting into Klim's
Certification Manager.
As Senior Certification Specialist, you will run the day-to-day execution of Klim's certification cycles, ensuring full compliance
with international GHG accounting and carbon crediting standards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver transparent,
high-quality certification processes that underpin Klim's mission of advancing regenerative agriculture and climate action.

You will assist in transitioning outsourced audits in-house, ensuring they align with the values and standards of the organisation. Team The AFC Operations team is primarily responsible for transaction monitoring and the KYC process, including PEP and sanctions screening. The team ensures that all customer activities comply with applicable AML and regulatory requirements, identifying and escalating suspicious activities where necessary. Working in close collaboration with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), the team plays a key role in safeguarding the organization against financial crime risks.
