Team The US market is Raisin’s fastest-growing region, where our deposit marketplace connects customers with banks to help both achieve better financial outcomes. As a Product Manager within the US Tribe, you’ll play a key role in scaling our growth engine and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience. You’ll be part of a cross-functional product team, reporting to the Head of Product, US, and collaborating closely with leaders across Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Service. Partnering with our EU-based engineering team, you’ll drive initiatives that strengthen our product foundations, adopt industry best practices, and deliver a best-in-class B2C experience for US customers.   Your Responsibilities As a Product Manager in the US B2C Experience team, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape the next phase of Raisin’s US growth. While no two days are the same, here’s what you can expect to drive: * Collaborate across disciplines - work closely with Marketing and Customer service (US Based), Design and Engineering to craft seamless, industry-leading experiences. * Deeply understand our customers - continuously uncover insights about user behavior, motivations, and pain points to ensure the team is solving the right problems. * Define and deliver impactful solutions - lead the iterative discovery, definition, and delivery of customer and business-facing initiatives that drive measurable results. * Champion the B2C experience - apply proven frameworks and methodologies to design and optimize customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. * Lead user research and validation - design, run, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and validate hypotheses. * Own your product outcomes - be the subject-matter expert for your area, connecting company-level objectives to the metrics and levers your product can influence. * Drive data-informed decisions - foster a culture of analytical rigor by improving data accessibility, establishing clear success metrics, and using insights to prioritize effectively. * Facilitate structured discovery - apply frameworks like Design Thinking, Dual-Track Agile, or Opportunity Solution Trees to rapidly explore, qualify, and align on valuable opportunities. * Shape the product roadmap - define and communicate a clear 12-month vision and strategic path, balancing ambition with pragmatism and alignment across stakeholders. * Align and empower stakeholders - maintain strong communication channels to ensure clarity, trust, and accountability across marketing, customer service, and engineering teams. * Foster high-performing collaboration - inspire engagement, ownership, and quality within your team, ensuring everyone is contributing toward shared goals. Your Profile * 2+ years of Product Management experience * You will use AI to 10x the quality and pace of product discovery and delivery. Far beyond just chatbots, hands-on agentic product development experience is a plus; while curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment is non‑negotiable * Fluent in English * Proven experience creating industry-leading data-driven B2C customer experiences (Web and Mobile) * Experience working with Financial services products (US market experience a bonus) * Familiarity and experience working with core technologies such as ReactJS, GraphQL and tools such as Looker, Contentstack Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us! Team Our Investment and Pension Products (IPP) team is all about helping customers earn a higher return than they can expect from safe bank deposits. Building products that maximize return per unit of risk taken and guide customers towards the risk level that’s optimal for them is the IPP team’s job. Your Responsibilities * You have the unusual opportunity to take responsibility for topics along the entire investment products value chain. * You’ll be accountable for strategic projects such as the introduction of new investment products, asset classes, strategies, etc. * You’ll be a key stakeholder in the development of financial and non-financial features of our products, including the web app and native mobile apps. * You’ll contribute to communication related to investments and capital markets for CRM, webinars, and our website. * You have shared responsibility for finding the best ways to give our customers exposure to new asset classes, including instrument screening and selection. * You’ll analyse data using quantitative and qualitative methods to learn more about our customers and their investment behavior. * You serve as a point of contact for all things capital markets for all Raisin stakeholders. * You represent the team’s investment philosophy throughout the organization and externally. Your Profile * You are a generalist with strong subject matter expertise in investments; experience with pension products is a plus. * A degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or the natural sciences is preferred. * Alternatively, you have a degree in another subject (including business) and are committed to skeptical empiricism, both in investments and in business more broadly. * You trust your judgment and can work independently. You feel comfortable taking risk-based decisions. * You are precise in your language. * You have a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously. * You care about both processes and results, but much more about results. * Exposure to programming languages and basic software development workflows is a plus. * Experience with pension products is a plus. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more squads. You'll partner directly with the CTO to develop engineers, ship reliable software, and shape how our team works as we scale. WHO WE WANT Experienced engineering people manager. You bring 3–5+ years of people management experience in software engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS environments. Strong delivery leadership. You have a track record of leading squads of 5-10 engineers through full product and delivery cycles. Technically credible. You come from a strong technical background as a backend or full-stack engineer (former Senior Engineer or equivalent). You read code comfortably, engage on server-side architecture and trade-offs, and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions about the systems your squads own. Backend experience in Java/Kotlin is a plus, since our backend runs on Kotlin/Quarkus. Builder of strong engineers. Your former reports got promoted, took on broader scope, or grew into roles that better matched their strengths. Strong hiring instinct. You have experience hiring engineers and successfully closing high-quality candidates. Comfortable with difficult conversations. You are comfortable having clear, honest, and sometimes difficult conversations when needed. Clear communicator. You are fluent in written and spoken English. You communicate clearly across engineering, product, and leadership teams and create alignment through strong written and verbal communication. WHO WE DON’T WANT Pure delivery manager. You treat engineering as a ticketing operation focused only on timelines and task tracking instead of product quality, technical health, and team growth. We need engineering leaders, not project coordinators. Engineer escaping into management. You moved into management mainly to stop coding rather than because you genuinely enjoy leading, coaching, and developing people. This role requires a real interest in people leadership, not retreating from technical work. Top-down architecture owner. You want to personally own architecture decisions alone instead of enabling strong technical ownership within engineering teams. Engineers own architecture decisions - you participate, challenge, and sponsor the right investments. First-time people manager. You are entering engineering management for the first time and have not yet experienced leading teams through performance, hiring, and scaling challenges. We’re looking for someone who has already managed engineering teams successfully. Remote-only operator. You prefer fully remote work and don’t want to actively build relationships and culture in person with the team. We believe strong engineering leadership requires regular in-person collaboration and presence in Berlin.
