Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team The Investment and Pension Products tribe builds Raisin's capital markets–based products. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. If you have prior experience in Product Management or related fields, have a passion for Fintech, and are eager to join us on this mission, this role is for you. Your Responsibilities * Own one of Raisin’s Investments and Pensions product areas end to end, from problem discovery to delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact. * Develop a deep understanding of your product area (customers, market, regulation, competitive landscape) and identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the broader domain. * Shape and maintain a value-driven 12-month roadmap, balancing strategic bets, improvements, and platform/operational needs; align stakeholders through clear narratives and trade-off decisions. * Set and track quarterly OKRs with your Engineering Lead, ensuring plans are grounded, measurable, and connected to Raisin’s strategy; you’re accountable for outcomes, not just output. * Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. * Communicate effectively through written product artifacts (e.g., PRDs, user journeys, wireframes, sequence diagrams, experiment plans, and release notes), providing enough clarity to enable autonomous team execution while keeping scope focused and aligned. Your Profile Must haves * At least 3 years of Product Management hands on experience leading a cross functional team. * Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex products that combine deep technical systems, non-trivial business logic, and high operational or regulatory constraints. * Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Business, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision and prioritization. You have a sufficient grasp of these disciplines, such that you can sketch high-level solutions to product problems in software design artifacts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Owner’s mentality: you tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions with conviction. * Highly data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, including the ability to define KPIs, create product impact dashboards, and synthesize data into actionable product requirements. * A track record of leveraging qualitative (customer interviews) and quantitative (product usage data) insights to validate assumptions and drive product strategy. Bonus qualifications * Fluency in German. * Experience in Investment products, preferably with a leading European Fintech, investment firm or a Bank’s investment division. * Experience with Looker or similar analytical tools. As part of our team, you will benefit from: * Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year. * Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days. * A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%. * Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month. * Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month. * Love cycling? YOUR MISSION As JUNA's Senior Product Manager, you'll take full ownership of our products — one in particular, which is currently an internal sales tool that we're about to grow significantly and open up to customers. You'll step in to cover the role during a maternity leave, and take on lasting ownership beyond that, working side-by-side with our CTO in a small, fast-moving team with no layers between you and the people building or using the product. This is a hands-on, generalist product role: you'll run discovery, prioritize a constantly flowing stream of ideas, consider our business goals and market opportunities, enable idea/design validation by building your own clickable prototypes with AI tooling, and work directly with engineers day to day. * Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our key product: discovery, idea validation and prioritization, shipping, and iteration. * Handle a continuous flow of ideas and requests while maintaining a roadmap that people stand behind — even when the answer is "not now." * Work directly and daily with engineers, without a technical intermediary. * Build your own clickable, testable prototypes using AI-assisted tools to move ideas from concept to validation fast. * Partner closely with our CEO and CTO, who are both directly involved in roadmap and prioritization decisions. * Help shape our product's evolution from an internal tool into a customer-facing product. What that looks like In the first 3–6 months: * Ramp Up Fast: Get a full picture of our products, their users (internal and future external), and the current roadmap; build working relationships with the tech team, internal stakeholders, and our CEO/CTO. Ship your first AI-assisted prototypes and use them to validate ideas with real stakeholders. * Take the Reins: Independently run initiatives and take over active workstreams. After 12 months: * Trusted Owner: Be the clear, trusted owner of our roadmap. * Multi-Front Operator: Be running several concurrent workstreams smoothly, without things falling through the cracks. * Driving the Transition: Have meaningfully contributed to our product's growth toward customer readiness. YOUR PROFILE What you bring: * Several years of experience as a (senior) Product Manager, ideally including time as the sole or lead PM on a product with limited supporting infrastructure (no dedicated design/research team). * A strong, demonstrable ability to prioritize by impact — you can take competing input from various stakeholders and land on a defensible roadmap. * Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools to build clickable, testable prototypes yourself. * Experience managing multiple distinct projects or products concurrently. * Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, ideally including C-level. * Comfort working closely with engineers day to day — deep technical background is however not required. Who you are: * Hands-on and pragmatic — you'd rather build the process you need than wait for one to exist. * Autonomous — you set your own priorities and know when to make the call yourself versus when to escalate. * A clear, confident communicator — especially when the answer to a stakeholder is "not now," you can explain why in a way that keeps people on board. * Comfortable with ambiguity and a flat, still-scaling organization. Bonus points if you have: * Experience in logistics, particularly trucking — familiarity with operational concepts is a plus. * Experience taking a product from internal-only to customer-facing. * Exposure to both B2B/SaaS and more operational or back-office tooling contexts. * Ambition to grow as the team scales. OUR VALUES, IN THIS ROLE * Think outside the truck: challenge the internal-only status quo, prototype fast. * Impact, not activity: cut through noise, prioritize what actually matters. * Own it: end-to-end roadmap ownership, no safety net. * Collaboration drives the core: daily work with engineers, CEO, and CTO. * Customer in the driver's seat: internal or external, understand what they need. WHY US? Ownership from day one: You won't be managing a slice of a product — you'll own one of our most strategically important products, with real autonomy and a direct line to our CEO and CTO. Room to grow: We don't have a Head of Product yet. As we scale, this role has a clear path to grow into broader product leadership. Impact you can see: In a small team, your decisions ship fast and visibly — no waiting for a big org to move. Sustainability: Join a company where your work directly contributes to reducing carbon emissions in logistics. Benefits: Join a great team in our dog-friendly, hybrid work model with an office located at the heart of Kreuzberg, where you'll enjoy a relaxed, no-micromanagement culture, regular company events, access to Urban Sports Club and an L&D budget, and an office stocked with snacks and drinks to keep you energized. At JUNA, we value authenticity, humility, and potential — so even if you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply. We know that diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences are what drive true innovation. Our team is collaborative, international, and always evolving. Come as you are — we're excited to meet you and hopefully welcome you on our journey to transform the logistics industry across Europe.
ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments. We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today YOUR MISSION You will own the product roadmap for one of the hardest and most consequential capabilities in our autonomy stack: how our platforms know where they are when GPS isn't available or can't be trusted. You won't be writing the estimation filters yourself, but you'll be translating deep technical complexity into a roadmap that ships, and making sure engineering effort lands on the problems that matter most. Success looks like a localization capability that improves predictably, release over release, with clear priorities that the technical team trusts. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and drive the product roadmap for localization and navigation * Translate platform-level requirements and operational needs into clear, prioritized technical requirements for engineering * Partner closely with engineering leadership to balance roadmap ambition against technical feasibility, risk, and timeline * Define and track success metrics for localization performance (accuracy, robustness, drift, time-to-reacquisition) in product terms * Run the prioritization process: gather input from engineering, systems, and field/operations stakeholders, then make the call * Represent the localization roadmap to the Head of Product and cross-functional leadership, including trade-off decisions and risk * Maintain close visibility into technical constraints and emerging approaches without owning the technical architecture directly * Write clear product requirement docs, acceptance criteria, and release narratives that engineering can build against * Track competitive and technological landscape developments relevant to GNSS-independent navigation QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of a technically complex roadmap * Strong technical fluency in localization, state estimation, or autonomy software — gained through close partnership with engineering (not necessarily as a hands-on engineer) * Proven ability to translate ambiguous, technically dense problems into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps * Track record of working directly with GNC, perception, or autonomy engineering teams to ship complex technical capability * Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting roadmap and trade-off decisions to senior leadership * Excellent written communication: PRDs, requirements docs, and roadmap narratives that engineers can act on without a follow-up meeting * Fluent English; German is a plus NICE TO HAVE * Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or defence-adjacent product management * Familiarity with SLAM, or sensor fusion concepts at a working (non-implementation) level * Experience working on products where performance must hold under adversarial or degraded operating conditions * Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling engineering organization * Technical degree (engineering, robotics, physics, or similar) even without a hands-on engineering career If you're interested in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself reflected on the description above, please send us your CV in English. We´re looking forward to meeting you!
