Your Role As VP Customer Success, you will own how Manex AI delivers measurable impact on the factory floor, from first pilot to global rollout. You combine senior project leadership with a deep understanding of production and data, and you build the team and the relationships that turn our platform into lasting customer value. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on Manex AI. You will work with major clients from Day 1, take decisions that shape the company, and build up autonomous factories together with them. This is a high-impact, full-time leadership position based in Munich within an exceptional team.
