About Kapaya
Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution.
Processes are often spread across disconnected tools, manual work slows teams down, and important operational workflows are not
always designed to scale.
That is where Kapaya comes in.
We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing better operational structures, building connected systems and
implementing workflows that are clear, practical and scalable. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and AI-enabled workflows, we
help customers move from complexity to clarity.
Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands,
consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable
operations.
About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys translating complexity into practical systems.
As a Solution Engineer, you work with customers who want to improve the way their operations are structured and delivered. The
starting point is often a workflow that has grown over time, depends on manual work, or is spread across too many disconnected
tools. Your role is to understand that setup, identify what can be improved and build solutions that make operations more
effective and scalable.
The role combines analysis, solution design, implementation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding the current
state, building structured solutions in Airtable, creating automations in Make and helping customers make these new ways of
working successful in practice.
It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on creating real operational improvement.
What the role involves
What makes a strong fit
What makes this role interesting
Many technical roles focus only on the build. Many consulting roles focus only on the advice. This role sits in between.
It involves understanding how organizations work in practice, identifying where systems and workflows can be improved, and
building solutions that make day-to-day operations more structured and effective.
The impact is visible. Not in theory, but in better workflows, clearer systems and less manual complexity for the customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes are often spread across disconnected tools, systems grow without a clear structure, and important workflows become harder to manage as complexity increases. That is where Kapaya comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing better operational structures, building connected systems and implementing workflows that are clear, practical and scalable. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and AI-enabled workflows, we help customers move from complexity to clarity. Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys turning technical complexity into clear and scalable systems. As a Solution Architect, you are the technical heartbeat of Kapaya. You help ensure that the systems we design are logically sound, scalable and built to a high standard. You support the team in making strong technical decisions, guide architecture on the most complex customer projects and help raise the overall quality of delivery across the business. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, quality assurance and hands-on involvement in strategic customer projects. It moves between guiding Solution Engineers, designing enterprise-grade architectures, supporting pre-sales conversations and acting as a technical sounding board when complexity increases. It is a senior, hands-on role with direct influence on delivery quality, technical standards and long-term scalability. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Leading technical onboarding for new Solution Engineers and supporting their development in logic, systems thinking and architecture design • Providing architecture reviews, technical sparring and second opinions on complex builds to ensure solutions remain scalable and free from unnecessary technical debt • Identifying new features, patterns and opportunities within Airtable, Make and related tools, and turning them into shared best practices across the team • Acting as a technical bridge to partners such as Airtable when product gaps, technical risks or platform limitations affect delivery • Leading the architectural design of Kapaya’s most complex or high-stakes customer engagements • Facilitating scoping workshops and translating customer needs into strong technical foundations and system designs • Mapping complex business processes into structured data models, workflows and automations • Taking a hands-on lead in advanced implementations involving deeper logic, complex workflows and multi-system integrations • Supporting pre-sales conversations where technical validation, feasibility and stakeholder confidence are important • Estimating technical effort and helping ensure that what is sold is realistic, buildable and aligned with delivery capabilities • Protecting delivery quality by helping shape the right expectations early in the sales process • Contributing to internal standards, technical quality and the overall maturity of Kapaya’s delivery approach YOUR PROFILE What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus mainly on execution. Many senior roles move too far away from the work itself. This role sits in between. It involves shaping how Kapaya builds, helping the team grow technically and leading the most important customer solutions from an architectural perspective. The impact is visible in the quality of delivery, the strength of the systems we build and the confidence both customers and colleagues have in the solutions being delivered. WHY ONE PRODUCTIVITY GROUP? What One Productivity Group offers • A senior role with real ownership and direct influence on technical quality and customer impact • The opportunity to work on meaningful workflow, automation and systems design challenges • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, shape technical standards and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work. JOB DESCRIPTION About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes become fragmented, teams work across disconnected systems, and too much time is lost in manual work, unclear ownership and inefficient ways of working. That is where Kapaya comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing smarter processes, building better operational structures and implementing digital solutions that support real day-to-day execution. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and other workflow technologies, we help customers move from complexity to clarity. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities and turning them into meaningful business relationships. As an Account Manager, you help organizations recognize where their current ways of working create friction and where better systems, workflows and processes can make a real difference. You guide prospects through that journey, from first conversation to closing, by combining commercial drive with a strong understanding of customer needs. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consultative sales and operational problem solving. You work closely with SDRs, consultants and technical colleagues to shape opportunities, build trust with stakeholders and help customers move confidently toward the right decision. It is a commercial role, but one built on substance, credibility and long-term value. This role goes further. It involves understanding how organizations actually operate, where friction shows up in daily work, and how better processes and systems can create real improvement. That makes the conversations more meaningful, the sales process more consultative and the impact of the role more visible. WHY ONE PRODUCTIVITY GROUP? What One Productivity Group offers • A role with real ownership and direct influence on customer growth and commercial success • The opportunity to work with well-known clients on meaningful workflow and process challenges • An attractive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based variable • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, improve how things are done and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work.
