About Kapaya
Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution.
Processes become fragmented, systems do not connect in the right way, and important work often depends on too many manual steps,
unclear ownership and inconsistent follow-through.
That is where Kapaya comes in.
We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing better operational structures, implementing smarter workflows and
making sure projects and processes actually land in practice. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and other workflow technologies,
we help customers move from complexity to clarity.
Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands,
consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable
operations.
About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum into complex customer projects.
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for helping projects move forward in a clear and organized way. You keep track of
priorities, stakeholders, planning and deliverables, while making sure the right people stay aligned and the work keeps moving.
The starting point is often an environment where multiple teams, systems and dependencies come together, and where progress
depends on strong coordination and practical decision-making.
The role combines project ownership, customer communication, implementation support and operational oversight. It moves between
aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, supporting delivery teams and helping customers translate plans into execution.
It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on making sure projects do not just start well, but also land successfully in practice.

What makes this role interesting
Many project management roles focus mainly on planning and reporting. This role goes further.
It involves working closely with customers, helping shape how projects move in practice and making sure implementation actually
lands in a useful and sustainable way.
The impact is visible. Not in slide decks, but in projects that keep moving, stakeholders that stay aligned and solutions that are
delivered in a way that truly works for the customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes are often spread across disconnected tools, systems grow without a clear structure, and important workflows become harder to manage as complexity increases. That is where Kapaya comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing better operational structures, building connected systems and implementing workflows that are clear, practical and scalable. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and AI-enabled workflows, we help customers move from complexity to clarity. Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys turning technical complexity into clear and scalable systems. As a Solution Architect, you are the technical heartbeat of Kapaya. You help ensure that the systems we design are logically sound, scalable and built to a high standard. You support the team in making strong technical decisions, guide architecture on the most complex customer projects and help raise the overall quality of delivery across the business. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, quality assurance and hands-on involvement in strategic customer projects. It moves between guiding Solution Engineers, designing enterprise-grade architectures, supporting pre-sales conversations and acting as a technical sounding board when complexity increases. It is a senior, hands-on role with direct influence on delivery quality, technical standards and long-term scalability. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Leading technical onboarding for new Solution Engineers and supporting their development in logic, systems thinking and architecture design • Providing architecture reviews, technical sparring and second opinions on complex builds to ensure solutions remain scalable and free from unnecessary technical debt • Identifying new features, patterns and opportunities within Airtable, Make and related tools, and turning them into shared best practices across the team • Acting as a technical bridge to partners such as Airtable when product gaps, technical risks or platform limitations affect delivery • Leading the architectural design of Kapaya’s most complex or high-stakes customer engagements • Facilitating scoping workshops and translating customer needs into strong technical foundations and system designs • Mapping complex business processes into structured data models, workflows and automations • Taking a hands-on lead in advanced implementations involving deeper logic, complex workflows and multi-system integrations • Supporting pre-sales conversations where technical validation, feasibility and stakeholder confidence are important • Estimating technical effort and helping ensure that what is sold is realistic, buildable and aligned with delivery capabilities • Protecting delivery quality by helping shape the right expectations early in the sales process • Contributing to internal standards, technical quality and the overall maturity of Kapaya’s delivery approach YOUR PROFILE What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus mainly on execution. Many senior roles move too far away from the work itself. This role sits in between. It involves shaping how Kapaya builds, helping the team grow technically and leading the most important customer solutions from an architectural perspective. The impact is visible in the quality of delivery, the strength of the systems we build and the confidence both customers and colleagues have in the solutions being delivered. WHY ONE PRODUCTIVITY GROUP? What One Productivity Group offers • A senior role with real ownership and direct influence on technical quality and customer impact • The opportunity to work on meaningful workflow, automation and systems design challenges • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, shape technical standards and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment - ensuring mission-critical solutions are executed with precision and speed. This role demands a strong personality, a resilient mindset, and the ability to negotiate under pressure while keeping strategic objectives in focus. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and can balance structure with agility, you’ll feel at home here. * Lead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, testing, and customer success). * Manage multiple defence-related programs, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and security requirements. * Serve as the primary point of contact for military and government clients as well as our product development teams - maintaining trust, accountability, and transparent communication. * Oversee project timelines, milestones, and budgets; anticipate risks and apply corrective actions early. * Drive negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to secure optimal terms and maintain project momentum. * Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure full adherence to defense standards, export control, and security protocols. ✅ What you need to be successful: * Proven track record (5+ years) in project management, ideally within the defence sector. * Solid experience in claim management. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. * A strategic thinker who maintains authority in negotiations. * Solid understanding of technical program delivery. * Fluent in English and German. * PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but real-world experience in defence operations is valued most. At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission. We are building a team of exceptional people who are mission-driven, working on breakthrough technology with real-world impact.
