If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Supporting company recruitment processes. * Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program. * Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent. * Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes). * Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding. * Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles. * Supporting the HR department with various tasks (e.g., career/job fairs, presentation preparation, training). * Assisting with coordination with other departments (e.g., Payroll, Administration, IT). WHAT YOU’LL NEED * A high level of English, approximately C1. * Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school. * Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Education, Law or a related Master's program.
