About the role We’re looking for a Visiting Finance Associate to work closely with our founders and finance team on the financial and strategic foundations of Peec AI as we scale. In this role, you’ll help build financial models, analyze key SaaS metrics, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to investor reporting and strategic projects. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a high-growth startup operates, from financial planning and operational analysis to fundraising and board reporting, while taking ownership of meaningful finance projects from analysis through to insights and recommendations. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Support the founders and leadership team on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making at Peec AI * Work closely with the founders and our Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and day-to-day finance operations such as month-end close processes and invoice tracking. * Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, pricing, unit economics, and growth scenarios * Analyze key financial and operational metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn, runway) and turn data into clear insights and recommendations * Assist with monthly reporting, board materials, and investor updates * Support (external) fundraising and grant applications, investor diligence, and ad-hoc strategic analyses as needed * Take ownership of finance-related projects end-to-end, from problem framing to execution and presentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field * Proven experience through 1–2 internships or roles in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting * Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and work with numbers confidently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can clearly explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders * Curiosity about startups, technology, and how high-growth companies are built and scaled * Low-ego team player who’s comfortable working closely with founders and getting hands-on with operational work BONUS POINTS * Experience building financial models, forecasts, or dashboards * Exposure to SaaS metrics, subscription businesses, or usage-based pricing models * Familiarity with accounting basics, financial statements, or reporting processes * Experience in a fast-paced or high-ownership environment * Strong interest in venture-backed companies, and the startup ecosystem WHAT WE OFFER * A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (beginning September, minimum 3-month duration) * Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups * Direct exposure to the founders, with a front-row seat to company strategy, fundraising, and decision-making * Steep learning curve across finance, strategy, and company-building fundamentals * Regular team events and off-sites * Paid Meal & Uber rides when working late * The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

About the role We’re looking for a Visiting Sales Associate to support our sales and revenue teams as we scale Peec AI’s global customer base. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team on deal execution, sales content, and CRM operations while helping improve the systems and automations that power our revenue engine. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B SaaS sales, from outreach and pipeline management to revenue operations and automation, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn quickly and contribute to a fast-growing startup’s go-to-market efforts. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Support the sales team in closing deals and managing key client relationships * Develop sales content - from outreach sequences to pitch decks and case studies * Design and implement automations across our sales stack to improve efficiency and tracking * Contribute to revenue operations by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows * Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and help make things happen WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic performance * 2+ internships in sales, top-tier startups, venture capital, management consulting, or investment banking * Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity * Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving, allowing you to take ownership from day 1 * Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools * Low-ego team player who’s easy to work with and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks BONUS POINTS * Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, Notion, or n8n * Exposure to sales operations, CRM management, or data-driven growth * Have built your own startup or cool projects you’re proud of WHAT WE OFFER * A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (minimum 3-month duration) * A high-impact internship working directly with the founders at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups * Real ownership and visibility across the sales and revenue organization * Regular team events and off-sites * Paid Meal & Uber rides when working late * The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
