Primæroppgaven til WAA er å utvikle medarbeidernes kunnskaper, ferdigheter og holdninger i Widerøe. Som vår nye Learning and Documentation Administrator blir du en del av et faglig sterkt team i vår enhet Learning and Content Management.
Du vil ikke sitte med systemansvaret alene; du vil inngå i en gruppe medarbeidere som samarbeider tett om drift, struktur, kvalitet og utvikling av plattformene våre.
Sammen med teamet vil du bidra til at våre opplæringssystemer (LMS og TMS) er optimalt satt opp og konfigurert for å ivareta luftfartens strenge krav til dokumentasjon og compliance. OPPORTUNITY As a Technical Writer Lead, you will author technical documentation for administrators, operators, and business consultants, that represent the different user personas of the core INSIS product and its accompanying software modules. In this position, you will be part of the Product Development team, collaborating with Product Management, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to gather information and produce high-quality content that meets the needs of our customers and partners. The deliverables include release notes, conceptual articles, follow-along procedures, documentation for APIs and web services, video tutorials.
