Vi söker nu en kreativ, framåtlutad och passionerad Designer som vill vara med att driva Gina Tricot designarbete framåt. Som ett framstående varumärke inom modeindustrin fokuserar vi på att leverera kommersiell design och du kommer vara en del av vårt innovativa designteam på Gina Tricot. Som Designer hos oss kommer du ansvara för design av sortiment för en varugrupp enligt Gina Tricots kundprofil och strategi.
Samarbeta nära med inköpare och andra designers för att säkerställa ett koordinerat sortiment med fokus på produkt och kund.
Ha ett nära samarbete med Design Manager och Assortment Managers för att upprätthålla företagets vision och mål.
Uppdatera dig kontinuerligt på trender, konkurrenter och omvärldsanalyser för att säkerställa ett konkurrenskraftigt sortiment.
Utveckla och presentera designkoncept som passar Gina Tricots varumärke och kundsegment.
...är passionerad för mode och trender, lever i sociala medier och har ett skarpt öga för det nya och kommersiella. Du är kommunikativ, nyfiken och har en stark känsla för detaljer. Som person är du positiv och ansvarstagande. Du trivs både i samarbete med andra och med att arbeta självständigt, och du är van vid att arbeta i en föränderlig miljö med många spännande utmaningar och möjligheter till utveckling.
Utbildning inom design från universitet eller motsvarande.
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av designarbete
Mycket goda kunskaper i Adobe-program (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Meriterande med erfarenhet från retail-branschen.

We are now looking for a Design Lead, to lead and develop our design expression within the Kids business area at Kappahl. About the Role As Design Lead, you will be responsible for setting the visual direction and ensuring a commercial, profitable, and sustainable offering for our Kids target groups across the entire assortment in close collaboration with Kappahl creative team. This is a key role in translating business strategy into attractive design concepts, always with the customer at the center. Hands-on proficiency in motion design, animation, and 2D and 3D visualization using After Effects, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Proficiency in using AI tools in the design process. Understanding of human factors and user-centred design principles. Strong visual and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality content.
