Vi på Logent söker en strukturerad och tekniskt intresserad Warehouse Management System (WMS)-koordinator som vill ta ett nyckelansvar för vårt WMS och säkerställa att våra flöden fungerar effektivt – dag ut och dag in.
Om rollen: Som WMS-koordinator är du vår interna expert och superuser på våra olika WMS. Du arbetar i gränslandet mellan IT, operations och kund och ser till att systemet stödjer verksamhetens behov på bästa sätt. En viktig del av rollen är även att koordinera och optimera arbetet kopplat till vår automationsanläggning.
Förvalta, konfigurera och optimera den dagliga driften i vår WMS-miljö
Koordinera flöden och hantera avvikelser
Felsöka systemrelaterade problem och koordinera lösningar med IT och leverantörer
Driva och delta i projekt som rör utveckling, systemuppgraderingar, kundimplementationer och nya flöden
Utbilda och stötta operativ personal i användning av systemmiljö
Fungera som länk mellan lagerverksamheten, IT och systemleverantörer
Analysera data och ta fram underlag för effektivisering av lagerprocesser
Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med WMS i en lager- eller logistikmiljö
Är van att arbeta med utveckling, systemkonfiguration, parametersättning eller liknande
Har god förståelse för lagerprocesser (inleverans, plockning, utleverans, inventering)
Kommunicerar tydligt på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Är självgående, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll med stor variation
Erfarenhet från multiclient 3PL-miljö med flera parallella kunduppdrag
Tidigare erfarenhet av IMI-Go, IMI, Astro, AutoStore eller E-manager
Vana av projektledning eller att driva förändringsarbete

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products are properly pulled, packed, labeled, and loaded onto trucks in a timely and accurate manner. This role includes properly identifying materials, prepping, packing and labeling orders for shipment, as well as loading truck shipments. The Shipping Coordinator will work as part of a team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient flow of goods to our Customers while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. What You'll Do * Order Inspection: Inspect all items pulled from inventory based on the Pick List and customer orders for part number and quantity. * Package and Prepare Shipments: Palletize, package, band, wrap or otherwise prepare products for shipment as required. Label boxes and pallets with appropriate shipping labels and ensure all products are packed according to company standards for safety and quality. * Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that all shipments are correctly placed and secured. * Shipping Documentation: Verify shipping documents, such as shipping labels, bills of lading and packing slips for accuracy and in compliance with customer requirements. * Operate Warehouse Equipment: Properly and safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and organize products within the warehouse. * Inspect Shipments: Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors or the lead shipping coordinator. * Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the safe use of warehouse equipment. * Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, organizing packing materials, and disposing of waste. What You'll Bring * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment. * Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or shipping software. * Forklift certification or experience operating heavy machinery. * Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation. What We Value * Experience with basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (forklift certification preferred). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing. * Basic understanding of shipping processes and warehouse operations. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Proficiency in basic math for counting and verifying inventory. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * May be required to work overtime or weekends during peak shipping periods
Description Position at Pilgrim's Inventory Control Coordinator Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Pilgrim’s Transportation team here in Greeley, CO! This person will act as the liaison between our internal production facilities and external distributors, ensure accuracy of documentation and work cross functionally with various supply chain and sales teams within the company. Transports Nationaux & Internationaux : Piloter les transports internes et externes (messagerie/affrètement) et assurer la conformité douanière pour sécuriser nos échanges - environ 10-15 transports par semaine Soutien Opérationnel : Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité sur zone et apporter un support ponctuel au magasinier-cariste (conduite de chariots). 2/ Suivi, outils & amélioration continue Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance logistique (KPI). Créer et maintenir les tableaux de bord logistiques, et de visualisation des stocks dans Metabase. Être le garant de la création et de la mise à jour des procédures ainsi que des modes opératoires (réception, expédition, douanes, sécurité, gestion des déchets).. 3/ Projets & structuration pour la croissance Concevoir et déployer des solutions logistiques (zones de stockage, circuits internes) pour soutenir notre industrialisation rapide et la scalabilité du modèle. Gérer les relations avec les transporteurs (négociation, suivi, contractualisation) et partenaires logistiques. Participer à l’amélioration et au paramétrage des outils digitaux (ERP, WMS) en lien avec les équipes data & système.
