We are looking for a Android Software Engineer Intern to join the Core Product Listeners team for a 6-month end-of-study
internship, to help develop and improve accessibility across our apps (Website, Android & iOS).
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for implementing missing accessibility features, based on the results of an
independent accessibility audit and supported by Senior engineers with deep expertise in accessibility.

What you will do: Working closely with experimented engineers, you will : * Improve accessibility on current screens of the apps * Implement missing features related to screen readers and voice assistants * Rework UX & UI elements based on audit recommendations * Help define guidelines for future developments * Collaborate with Design, Product Management, QA, Frontend, iOS and Android apps to build a comprehensive view of the subject 6 months internship, based in Paris mandatory QUALIFICATIONS What we are looking for: * Currently completing a final-year engineering degree (or equivalent) * Foundational software development knowledge * Interest in iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI) * Familiarity with accessibility standards or assistive technologies (VoiceOver, TalkBack, ARIA) is a plus, not a requirement * Openness to candid feedback, new perspectives, continuous learning, and self-development * Good communication skills in English * Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance * A genuine desire to make our product more inclusive for users with disabilities At Deezer, diversity drives innovation.
