This is a dual-focus benefits role sitting within the global HR team. The primary responsibility is ownership of the global
benefits program, one of the organization’s largest and most complex benefit portfolios, covering medical, dental, vision, 401(k),
life insurance, short- and long-term disability, FSA/HSA, commuter benefits, and the Employee Assistance Program.
Along with EMEA, the role takes ownership of benefit programs in the United States, Canada, and Latin America — managing renewals,
compliance, and employee experience across the Americas region in partnership with regional HR managers and local brokers. The
role also provides ad-hoc support to APAC as required.

WHAT'S EXCITING ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for Verifone’s France operations. Other countries will be Spain, Italy, and Portugal. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting leadership in building a high-performing organization. The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and business success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with Verifone’s global and regional strategies to attract, retain and develop the workforce, in line with the overall business direction. Drive employee morale and development actions. * Build strong relationships with key leaders and people managers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration. Counsel, coach and train local managers and employees. Be visible to all employees through regular visits to different sites as appropriate. * Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, implementing HR best practices to mitigate risks and managing the relation with the union and works council. Ensure the local business has practical, regularly updated and well communicated HR policies and procedures to maintain local compliance and support the business goals of the various business units present locally. * Provide insights and practical advice based on an intimate knowledge of local employment law and its practical application supporting a rapidly changing business. * Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand local talent availability and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to help close on best in class talent. * Assist as needed in HR administration regarding local hiring laws and processes. * Establish and conduct orientation and training programs for new joiners. * Partner with the Total Rewards team to maintain and review benefits programs, including compensation. Provide country specific knowledge relating to total rewards. * Drive a culture of feedback and performance excellence through goal-setting, appraisals, and employee development programs. Identify training needs and support leadership in career development initiatives. * Work proactively within the company’s matrix structure to identify, escalate and where possible resolve human capital issues in a proactive, smooth and effective way. Support business transformation efforts by effectively communicating organizational changes and driving engagement. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE DESIRE * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 8+ years of HR management experience within a multinational organization, preferably in the technology or payments industry. * Strong knowledge of France employment laws and HR best practices. * Fluent English language (Proficiency in additional languages i.e Spanish, Portuguese, Italian is advantageous) * In depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) * Proficiency in MS Office, HR Systems and data-driven decision-making (Workday & Greenhouse experience is a plus) * Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and employees across multiple functions. * Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment. * Proactive, self-starter, problem-solving and conflict-resolution aptitude. * Strong ethics and reliability is necessary to quickly gain credibility across all levels of the organization. Role Overview 🚀 As a Partner Manager within Benifex Marketplace, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of eleven commercial partners, with a particular focus on employee benefits within transport, employee gifting, and home & leisure. This role is strongly commercial and combines classic account management with strategic planning, data-driven optimisation and close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will own your partner portfolio end-to-end, including forecasting and budget responsibility, while continuously identifying opportunities to increase partner performance and revenue. The role sits in a fast-evolving team where adaptability, collaboration, self-leadership and commercial thinking are essential. You will be part of the Partner Success team, made up of around 17 colleagues, mainly based in Stockholm with team members also located in Copenhagen. This is a temporary position (parental leave cover), starting in June or as soon as possible thereafter, and running until January 2026. Responsibilities 🤘 Own and develop a portfolio of existing Marketplace partners, with full commercial responsibility. Create and execute commercial plans for partners, including forecasting and budget responsibility. Identify growth opportunities and actively drive increased revenue through campaigns, paid placements and exposure initiatives. Analyse partner performance using KPIs such as orders, page views and conversion rates, and take action based on insights. Act as the main point of contact for partners, advising on how to maximise value and performance on the Benifex platform. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Partner Success, Engage, and Marketplace Communication. Manage complex, often seasonal partner initiatives and projects (for example larger campaign or gifting periods). What are we looking for? 🔎 At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within SaaS, software products or similar digital solutions. Proven experience owning and managing a commercial portfolio with clear budget responsibility. Strong background in managing commercial relationships and strategic account planning. Comfortable working in a data-driven way, analysing KPIs and translating insights into actions. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously. Fluent in English and Swedish. One team is based in Gothenburg, where you will have full people management responsibility, while the other is a nearshore team in Poland where you will own delivery and performance. You will drive delivery, coach teams to improve performance, and ensure smooth collaboration across this distributed setup.
