Player Account Management (PAM) Area covers everything related to the management of the player accounts, such as: * Account creation, verification, updates, and closure * Account authentication, controls, and security * User session management * Responsible Gaming    At Betsson, we pride ourselves on adaptability and keeping up with the latest technologies. Player Account Management (PAM) Area covers everything related to the management of the player accounts, such as: * Account creation, verification, updates, and closure * Account authentication, controls, and security * User session management * Responsible Gaming    A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH:  * Incident & Problem Management: Investigate system incidents, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), and execute long-term remedial fixes. Proactively reduce the number of incidents caused by system changes. * Observability & Metrics: Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and success metrics for new initiatives. Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to achieve observability excellence. * Performance & Capacity: Identify and help resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize infrastructure and code to maintain fast service, and conduct capacity planning to forecast future hardware or cloud resource requirements. * Availability & Change Management: Guarantee the Platform components remain highly reachable and functional for users. Oversee deployments to ensure new code does not disrupt the existing system.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Observability & Monitoring: Deep experience building dashboards and tracking SLAs/SLOs using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Splunk, or Loki. * Programming & Automation: Proficiency in scripting and coding to automate manual tasks (eliminate "toil") and build reliability tools. Strong skills in .NET, Python, Powershell or Bash are highly preferred. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud: Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience scaling and managing distributed systems using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker. * CI/CD & Change Management: Familiarity with deployment pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Team City, Octopus) to ensure safe, automated rollouts that don't cause incidents. * Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), a calm approach to incident response, and the ability to lead blameless post-mortems. * AWS Cloud infrastructure, CDNs, and other various systems running in multiple data centres and environments * Cloud Application Load Balancer, preferably with experience on AWS ALB * Cloud DNS support such as AWS Route 53, GCP Cloud DNS, or Azure DNS * Experience with Microsoft SQL databases, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase is considered an asset.    WHAT WE OFFER * Fitness-wellness allowance  🧗‍♂️ * Company mobile phone for private use with 100 GB  📱 * Annual HUF devaluation compensation  💡 * Hybrid model: 3 days in the office 🏢  & 2 days from home  🏠 * Private Health Insurance  🩺 * Career development  📈 * Technical and soft-skill training opportunities 🎓 * Breakfast, fruits & lunch 🍎 * Team building events  🥳   CHALLENGE ACCEPTED? As part of our Sportsbook Technology team, you will contribute to a high-performance, high-throughput, and highly available product ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring that the team consistently delivers measurable business value while maintaining technical excellence.   A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * As a Tech Lead you will be part of the Sportsbook B2B & Integrations Value stream, participating in design, POCs and development of complex tasks and also a key person in the team who ensures a high-quality delivery by the developers. * Work closely with architects within the area to ensure that the architecture direction set is being communicated, aligned & implemented within the teams. * You will also be aligning with the other tech leads across the product development department to ensure the technical consistency, take ownership of and drive technical excellence initiatives within Sportsbook. * Identify technical improvements in the applications you are responsible for. * Validate technical improvements and help Product Managers prioritise such improvements * Be able to explain the benefits of technical improvements to both technical and non-technical audience. * You will also participate in development, testing, code reviews, bug fixing, implementing new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing functionality. * Help build our world class team, thus participating in technical interviews as well as coaching & mentoring engineers. * Stay up to date with technology, understand the benefits and use cases of a variety of technologies and be strategic in their implementation. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Someone who is passionate about building things, with a strong technical background and an understanding of non-functional requirements. * Expertise with designing and implementing distributed microservices * Deep understanding of the latest C# and .NET framework/core. * Experience deploying scalable back-end solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP. * Expertise with distributed systems and high-speed database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). * Familiarity with messaging systems, message queues, and event-driven architecture. * Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). * Deep understanding of coding best practices. * You are a team player who readily offers help and shares knowledge with your colleagues. * You are someone who is pro-active and love to not only to suggest improvements but also drive them.
