We’re looking for onsite full-time or student part-time (30 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in
Hungarian, both in writing and speaking.
You’ll join our Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest (Office location: 2nd district) and as part of our Country
Support, you’ll be supporting Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.
You don’t need previous customer service experience - we’ll train you! If you do have experience, that’s a bonus, but what really
matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn.
rate for students is 2,150 HUF.

DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Recruit, mentor, and manage a customer-facing support team. * Provide regular feedback and hold performance reviews to ensure KPI achievement. * Lead by example in customer interactions and set ambitious service targets. * Run team engagement initiatives such as feedback sessions and workshops. * Analyze data and translate insights into clear actions for improvement. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent tone and service across stakeholders. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential customers primarily through phone calls, emails, and online communications. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and converting prospects into customers. The Inside Sales Associate collaborates closely with the sales and onboarding teams to achieve sales targets and support overall business objectives. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
