The Principal, Visual Design role requires a visionary approach, collaborating with the creative team to not only meet client

Experience developing and maintaining a robust design system. * AI-Enhanced Production Ecosystems: Advanced capability in adopting and implementing generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, and Weavy) into the design pipeline to maximize asset velocity, explore vanguard concepts, and drive structural innovation. * Design Systems for Paid Media Scale: Demonstrated expertise in bridging robust design systems with performance marketing initiatives.
