Vi søger en dynamisk Head of Business Development til at drive vores danske afdeling i København mod fortsat vækst og succes. Du
vil være ansvarlig for at udforme din strategi, drive kommerciel ekspertise og sikre langsigtet rentabilitet. Den ideelle kandidat
er en stærk leder med en naturlig evne til at opbygge tillid og forbindelser til mennesker. Du er også ekstremt drevet, hands-on
og i stand til at inspirere et high performance team.

This role is part of our Creative & Media team in Copenhagen. At DEPT®, we combine data, technology and marketing to solve brands’ business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital solutions. JOB PURPOSE As an agency we are in a fantastic position to combine our expertise across disciplines to disrupt the agency model and tackle some of the industry's biggest challenges head-on. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will ensure that we target our clients’ customers with the right messages, as well as attain high-quality traffic for our clients’ websites. You will primarily perform keyword research and write/localize ads and web page content for the Dutch market, across paid and organic search & social media. The team you will work in is an ambitious and international team counting 30+ different nationalities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR For this role, we’re looking for a student who is fluent in Dutch, written and spoken. The working hours are approximately 15 hours monthly. Besides that, you: * Are currently studying and have at least 1+ years left before graduating from a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or another relevant field; * Have a good business sense and a focus on performance; * Have strong communicative skills; * Have experience with Excel or Google sheets; * Have the ability to prioritize. Experience with online marketing is an advantage, however, it is not a demand provided you show interest in the area. Dine Opgaver * Udvikle og implementere din salgsstrategi * Opbygge et stærkt leadgenereringssystem * Drive salg og kontinuerligt nå og overgå omsætningsmål * Når visse salgsmål er nået, vil du få ansvar for at ansætte, udvikle og lede et topklasse salgsteam * Deltage aktivt i budgetarbejde og sætte mål for organisationen * Følge KPI'er og kontinuerligt udvikle og implementere handlingsplaner for at forbedre resultaterne * Repræsentere CVX ved events, sammenkomster, konferencer osv. * Arbejde tæt sammen med og samarbejde med andre ledere * Rapportere direkte til CEO.
