Som konsulent i Google Ads (PPC) bliver du en vigtig brik i arbejdet med at skabe digitale resultater, der kan mærkes - hvad enten
det gælder en nystartet tech-virksomhed eller en veletableret, international koncern med ambitiøse vækstmål. Du får ansvar tidligt
i forløbet og bliver bakket op af et stærkt team af specialister, som hjælper dig med at komme godt fra start og hurtigt få
indflydelse på kundernes performance.
Din hverdag kommer til at kredse om data, optimering og forretningsmål. Du arbejder hands-on med performance marketing på
platforme som Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping og Display, og din opgave bliver at sikre, at vores kunder får maksimal
værdi ud af deres annonceringsbudget. Du kommer til at dykke ned i alt fra kampagnestruktur og budstrategier til
konverteringssporing og løbende optimering - altid med fokus på performance og målbare resultater.
Fra første dag bliver du en aktiv del af kundedialogen. Du vil løbende mødes med både nye og eksisterende kunder for at forstå
deres forretning, kortlægge vækstpotentiale og justere strategien ud fra data og resultater. Det er dig, der graver dig ned i
tallene, stiller de rigtige spørgsmål og sikrer, at vi når målene. Det handler om at tænke analytisk, forstå kundens forretning -
og bruge din viden til at skabe reel effekt.
Det her er måske ikke den mest klassiske jobbeskrivelse - for vi leder ikke nødvendigvis efter en, der kan det hele fra dag ét.
Til gengæld ser vi gerne, at du allerede har 1-2 års erfaring med PPC, Google Ads eller performance marketing og har opbygget et
solidt fundament inden for paid search - gerne med særligt kendskab til Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube eller
Display.
Det vigtigste for os er dog stadig noget andet: din motivation, dit drive og din lyst til at udvikle dig. Du trives i et miljø med
højt tempo, tager ansvar for dine opgaver og motiveres af at skabe stærke resultater for kunder.
Vi bliver især begejstrede, når vi møder en kandidat, der både er analytisk skarp, velformuleret og glad for kundekontakt. Du skal
have lyst til at være tæt på kunderne, kunne omsætte data og indsigter til konkrete anbefalinger og trives i en rolle, hvor
relationer og rådgivning går hånd i hånd med performance og eksekvering.
Samtidig ser vi gerne, at du har en interesse for AI og automatisering og måske allerede har eksperimenteret lidt med, hvordan nye
værktøjer, scripts eller AI-drevne løsninger kan bruges i marketingarbejdet. Det er ikke et krav, at du er specialist - men det er
vigtigt, at du er nysgerrig på, hvordan nye værktøjer og teknologier kan styrke både kvalitet, effektivitet og resultater.
Det er et krav for denne rolle, at du taler og skriver flydende dansk, da en stor del af vores kunder er danske.
Allerede fra dag ét bliver du en del af et team af dedikerede specialister, der brænder for digital markedsføring - og som
arbejder målrettet med at skabe resultater for vores kunder. Din hverdag vil primært være forankret i vores Google Ads-team, men
du kommer hurtigt til at mærke, at samarbejdet går på tværs af hele huset. Her deler vi viden, erfaring og nysgerrighed på tværs
af discipliner - og du får kolleger, der både er fagligt dygtige og generøse med deres indsigt.
Det team, du bliver en del af, arbejder med hele spektret af PPC og paid search og leverer på et ekstremt højt niveau. Tempoet er
