Who are you going to work with?
You will join a team of hands-on Data Insights Consultants, Data Scientists and Data Engineers who are passionate about bringing
value and knowledge from data. We are all about unlocking insights from data through analytics and making that insight applicable
in 1:1 data-driven communication and CRM. Your work will always be firmly anchored in data in a cross-disciplinary setting,

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to work alongside our Director and Senior Consultant on our most important client engagements, contributing to pitches, identifying solutions, prototyping demos, and shaping how agentic AI consulting works at scale inside a global marketing agency. The playbook is being written. We’re looking for someone who wants to help write it. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? In this role, your day balances hands-on prototyping and pitch preparation with serving as the go-to technical authority and strategic bridge across multidisciplinary team pods. Between building proof-of-concepts, you will actively spot new AI opportunities within existing accounts and translate client needs into clear, high-impact briefs for the engineering team. * Pitch contribution - Help shape pitch materials end-to-end alongside senior team members: commercial scope, client narrative, and success criteria. * Opportunity spotting - Notice where agentic AI fits inside current accounts and surface it. No sales target, but you're expected to pay attention and bring ideas forward. * Technical credibility - Be the person colleagues across disciplines come to with a real question and get a useful answer. Have a point of view and defend it when you're right. * Hands-on prototyping - Build proof-of-concepts yourself pre-SOW using Claude Code and whatever the current toolset demands. Hand off to engineering once signed and stay close as the technical context-holder. * Delivery support - Synthesize stakeholder insight, prioritize use cases by business impact, and keep the engineering team building against a clearly understood strategic brief. * Cross-functional navigation - Bring clarity into project pods of consultants, engineers, designers, and strategists. You don't need the org chart to have influence. WHO ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH? You come from either consulting, an in-house transformation team or a high-trajectory start-up role. ABOUT THE JOB We're looking for a Product Specialist Manager to lead and develop our international Product Specialist function from our headquarters in Herlev. This is a hands-on leadership role in a company that is still building, scaling, and expanding into new markets. That means real ownership, real influence, and plenty of opportunities to shape both the team and the way we work. You'll report directly to the Product Director and play a key role in connecting local market needs with product development across Flatpay's growing European footprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead a team of seven Product Specialists across Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. Each Product Specialist acts as the product ambassador for their market, owning the enablement, feedback collection, and local product understanding needed to ensure success in their country. As their manager, your role is to help them succeed, develop, and scale their impact. People & Performance You will: * Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations * Coach Product Specialists through complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration * Own the recruitment and onboarding of new Product Specialists as the team expands into additional markets * Support them in navigating different market conditions, priorities, and maturity levels * Raise the bar for performance and continuously develop the function * Ensure each market receives the product support and attention it needs Market Intelligence A key responsibility will be ensuring that valuable local insights reach the right people. You will: * Own the framework for collecting and communicating product feedback across all markets * Ensure Product Managers receive structured, actionable insights rather than noise * Drive accountability across the feedback loop, both from Product Specialists and Product Managers * Help ensure that local market needs are understood and reflected in product decisions Travelling This is an international role and requires regular travel. You should expect to visit local markets several times per month to support your team, strengthen collaboration, and assist with product launches and market initiatives. ABOUT THE JOB You will join a growing AI team of 11 talented colleagues with a shared mission: transforming data and AI into measurable business value for Flatpay and our merchants. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, build, and productionize GenAI-powered products and pipelines that support business-critical decisions across the organization. A key area of focus will be customer-facing conversational AI, where creativity, strong product thinking, and a user-centred mindset are essential for developing cutting-edge solutions. In addition, you will work on AI-driven document, image, and audio processing systems that power critical business processes and analytics. You will collaborate closely with the broader AI team while taking strong ownership of complex projects and driving them from ideation to scalable production systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems with modern AI technologies and who has the technical judgment to turn ideas into robust, maintainable, and high-impact products. You will work across the entire AI product lifecycle — from data engineering and model development to deployment and user-facing applications — while helping set a high standard for applied machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI at Flatpay. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes end-to-end ownership, and is comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, align technical direction with business needs, and continuously drive improvement. As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to technical direction, raise the quality bar, and support the growth of those around you. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design, build, and maintain production-grade GenAI applications and pipelines using Python, MLflow, Databricks, and leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. * Develop AI-powered solutions including customer-facing conversational AI, LLM-driven data enrichment and analytics workflows, and audio, image, and multimodal processing systems for both internal and customer-facing products. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production Python code, including automated tests, monitoring, guardrails, validation frameworks, and fail-safe mechanisms to ensure reliability, security, and robustness in AI systems. * Build, orchestrate, and maintain data and AI workflows in Databricks, including pipelines, jobs, workflows, model serving endpoints, and custom applications deployed on the Databricks platform. * Leverage cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure to provision, deploy, and scale AI services, including LLMs. * Integrate, optimize, and manage AI workflows that leverage external platforms and services, including tools such as ElevenLabs, Metabase, and other third-party providers. * Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure AI products are built on reliable, scalable, and well-governed data foundations. * Drive complex projects from proof of concept through production deployment, monitoring, ongoing optimization, and business adoption. * Make technical design decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and help define best practices for building reliable, secure, and scalable AI systems. * Mentor and support other team members through code reviews, technical sparring, and sharing practical knowledge across AI engineering, machine learning, and production GenAI systems. WHO YOU ARE * You have 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a similar technical role, with a strong track record of delivering production AI or ML systems. * You have hands-on experience building and maintaining customer-facing GenAI applications and pipelines in production and understand the importance of automated testing, monitoring, guardrails, and reliability in production AI systems. * You have experience using LLMs from multiple state-of-the-art providers of frontier and open-source models, and you have a deep understanding of the strengths and trade-offs of different frontier and open-source models. * You have strong experience building applications that leverage retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, agents, or other modern LLM architectures. * You are highly comfortable developing production solutions in Python and working with libraries such as Transformers and the SDKs of leading LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. * You are comfortable working in Databricks or similar cloud-based data and AI platforms, including building pipelines, workflows, model serving endpoints, and production deployments. * You have strong PySpark, Pandas, and SQL skills and are comfortable working with large, structured datasets. * You are pragmatic and able to turn ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions, while helping stakeholders understand trade-offs and opportunities. * You are comfortable taking ownership of high-impact projects, working independently, and collaborating directly with stakeholders across the business. * You contribute positively to team standards, technical direction, and knowledge sharing, and you enjoy helping others become better at building high-quality AI systems.
