investerer tungt i vores medarbejderes udvikling.
ABOUT SUMUP SumUp's New Markets field sales team is the engine behind our expansion into Eastern Europe and the Nordics — a region with real momentum and significant room to grow. Right now, our Territory Managers across markets including Austria, Croatia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Romania, Finland, and Denmark need a strong regional leader to unite them, sharpen their performance, and unlock the next phase of scale. As Regional Sales Manager, you'll manage up to 10 Territory Managers, each leading their own network of self-employed field sales consultants. This isn't a desk role — you'll be out in the field alongside your team roughly two weeks a month, setting the standard for what great looks like and building a sales culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The opportunity here is real: this role directly enables SumUp to open new markets, reduce leadership bandwidth constraints, and build a field sales organisation that can grow sustainably. If you're a senior sales leader who thrives on complexity, autonomy, and tangible impact, this is the role for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead and develop up to 10 Territory Managers across Eastern European and Nordic markets, supporting them in building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams of field sales consultants * Own regional sales performance — tracking acquisition targets, profit margins, quota attainment, and TPV accuracy to keep the region on plan * Spend approximately two weeks per month in the field, coaching Territory Managers through joint visits and hands-on leadership * Drive a consistent sales culture across a distributed, self-employed workforce by setting clear direction, running regular team touchpoints, and leading by example * Manage sales incentive campaigns and commission structures, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned to the business plan * Feed insights back to the New Markets Launch Lead and wider stakeholders, connecting field performance to strategic planning YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF… * Proven experience leading multi-level field sales teams, including managing managers, in a fast-moving commercial environment * Strong knowledge of merchant services, payments, or point-of-sale solutions and how to sell them effectively in the field * A track record of coaching sales leaders to recruit, ramp, and retain high-performing teams — including in self-employed or distributed models * Comfort operating in a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role where adaptability and presence are as important as strategy * Strong analytical capability, with the ability to use performance data to identify gaps, make decisions, and improve results WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN SUMUP 🌈 Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced 🚀 Enrolment onto our Virtual Stock Option programme: you will own a stake in SumUp's future success 📚 A dedicated annual L&D budget of €2000 for your individual development, which you can use to attend conferences and/or advance your career through further education 🌴 Break4me: 1-month sabbatical after 3 years of service 🔗 Referral Bonus: earn additional rewards by referring talented individuals to join the SumUp team 🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, based in Copenhagen with regular travel across Eastern Europe and the Nordics Be empowered to do more that matters. We’re hiring a Hubspot Specialist to lead the management of Hubspot. Help us build the commercial engine that takes our speech AI to market at scale. We’ve built the technology, now we need someone to own the operational layer that makes it run. This is not a role for someone who wants to work through a queue. We want a builder. You’ll sit inside our RevOps function, reporting to our RevOps Lead, with dotted lines into our Growth Marketing Lead with visibility across the full commercial operation, working as a key partner to Marketing, FP&A, and Commercial Operations. Speechmatics is transitioning from a sales-led to a product-led growth motion, which means this role has genuine scope to shape how that plays out operationally. You won’t be inheriting a perfectly finished system. You’ll be improving one. What You’ll Be Doing: * Owning HubSpot end-to-end, including, configuration, automations, workflows, routing, permissions, and data reliability * Maintaining data quality across the stack: deduplication, enrichment, and blending CRM data with product usage signals * Building reports and dashboards that drive decisions, supporting quarterly review cadences and forecasting * Running outbound systems (Lemlist) and AI-driven GTM workflows * Shaping ICP tiering, account segmentation, and territory logic as we sharpen our go-to-market * Enabling marketing and commercial teams through training, documentation, and fixing friction fast * Managing marketing attribution (Dream Data), with cross-over into Salesforce and broader commercial tooling Who We’re Looking For: * 2–4 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a closely adjacent role * Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce configuration experience — you’ve built the thing, not just used it * Familiarity with PLG motions, ideally bridging PLG and sales-led at the same company * Strong data instincts: Excel or Sheets to a high standard; SQL a bonus but not essential * Clay, n8n, or equivalents. You've built enrichment workflows and outbound sequences, not just read about them. * A self-starter who can take an overall goal/objective and figure out the steps it will get there, navigating the organisation where appropriate. We encourage you to apply even if you do not feel you match all of the requirements exactly. The list of requirements is intended to show the kinds of experience and qualities we’re looking for, but it is not exhaustive. If you are interested in the role, the team, and our mission, we would love to consider your application. We are always open to conversations and look forward to hearing from you. Who we are: Speechmatics is the leading expert in Speech Intelligence, and uses AI and Machine Learning to unlock business value in human speech worldwide. Joining us means working with some of the smartest minds around the world, focused on cutting-edge projects and deploying the latest techniques to disrupt the market. We believe in putting people first; we’ll do all we can to help you develop your skills and give you the tools you need to thrive. Our Focus Fridays give you an undisturbed day of focus, offset with Together Tuesdays when we have our team meetings, so you've always got the right balance. We have structured a hybrid approach that includes 2-3 designated office days each week. This arrangement ensures that while we embrace the advantages of remote work, we also maintain the vital connection and synergy that only in-person interactions can foster. This is only the beginning; we’re looking for amazing people like you to continue our journey… What we can offer you: No matter what stage of your career you’re at - from paid internships and first-job opportunities through to management and senior positions - we’ll support you with the training and development needed to reach your career aspirations with us. There really is no shortage of opportunities here for you to get involved and collaborate with those around you to deliver your best work. We offer incredibly flexible working, regular company lunches, and birthday celebrations. But that’s not all. We’ve spoken to our teams to find out what they want. From Private Medical, and Dental for you and your family, through to global working opportunities, a generous holiday allowance and pension/401K matching, we want to make sure our employees and their families are looked after. Every employee will receive a working from home allowance for tech or home office equipment (on top of your choice of laptop and accessories of course). Our approach to parental leave is designed to support employees globally. While this varies by geo, we have support in place for parents (including adoption assistance and reproductive health services) to ensure they have the time and financial resources needed to care for their growing families. At Speechmatics, our mission is simple: Understand Every Voice out there. That's not just about our tech – it's the heart and soul of who we are. We welcome different experiences, viewpoints, and identities. For us, it’s not just the right thing to do; it’s our catalyst for sparking innovation and creativity. Our teams thrive in an environment that celebrates and supports everyone – no matter their gender, identity or expression, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief, marital status, national origin, veteran status, pregnancy, or maternity status. But we don’t just open the door to diversity – we actively welcome it. Why? Because we believe every unique voice adds something special to our team, leading us to smarter solutions and a better workplace. So, come as you are and join our Speechling community. We’re building a place where every voice not only gets heard but is also respected and valued.
