About the Role
Polène boutiques immerse clients in our unique universe, attracting a high-end, international clientele. As Floor Manager, you
will play a key role in supervising daily sales floor operations, supporting the boutique team, and ensuring each client enjoys a
memorable and elevated shopping experience.

About the Role The Stock Manager plays a critical role in supporting boutique operations through effective inventory management and back-of-house organization. This role ensures efficient stock flow, accurate inventory control, and seamless collaboration between the stockroom and sales floor. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all stockroom operations including deliveries, transfers, and inventory organization. * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts. * Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure product availability. * Supervise Stock Associates and manage daily stockroom operations. * Ensure the stockroom is organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards. * Support communication between the boutique and headquarters regarding inventory. What We're Looking For * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail stock or inventory management. * Strong organizational and operational skills. * Experience with inventory systems and stock control procedures. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT * Proactively drive sales revenue and implement action plans to boost performance and collaboration. * Represent Polène’s excellence and champion our products in-store. * Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience. * Identify and act on market opportunities to attract new customers. * Champion the implementation of premium CRM best practices. STORE MANAGEMENT * Collaborate with headquarters teams to drive operational and strategic excellence in-store. * Assist with stock management, working closely with the stock team, and ensure clear communication with the Procurement Officer. * Enhance customer service processes such as repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges to optimize efficiency and satisfaction. TEAM MANAGEMENT * Foster a collaborative, positive working environment, embodying the DNA of Maison Polène. * Work with the Retail Excellence and Training Manager to identify and address team training needs. * Optimize staff management and scheduling to ensure seamless store operations. * Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. * Inspire, challenge, and engage the team through dynamic daily briefings and ongoing motivation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Minimum 5 years’ Store Manager experience with a luxury brand. * Strong leadership and team management skills: a natural motivator, able to unite and inspire others. * Demonstrated abilities in business development, performance management, and organization. * Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Key Responsibilities BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT * Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store revenue targets. * Represent Polène’s excellence and promote the brand’s products and craftsmanship on the sales floor. * Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience that reflects Polène’s luxury standards. * Support the development of long-term client relationships and clienteling initiatives. * Assist in implementing CRM best practices to strengthen customer loyalty. * Identify opportunities to grow the client base and enhance in-store engagement. TEAM MANAGEMENT * Lead by example on the sales floor and embody the values of Maison Polène. * Support coaching and development of the boutique team. * Assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate sales floor coverage. * Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. * Support daily team briefings and help motivate the team to achieve store goals. What We're Looking For * Minimum 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably with a luxury brand. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Demonstrated abilities in sales performance management and client development. * Passion for delivering elevated customer experiences. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
