Role: Fabricator Welder Location: Worksop, S80 3AT Hours: 40 hpw, between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday Salary: Up to £17.90 ph DOE Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder looking for a hands-on role where quality and teamwork matter? You must be able follow precise work instructions while maintaining both accountability and accurate work documentation through a start-to-finish fabrication process * Assists senior Fabricators with parts and projects  * Interacts with Engineering Teams to execute work requests    What You’ll Do:  * Weld, fabricate, and restore high-end automotive chassis and parts * Performs all assignments in accordance with EH&S and security policies  * Inspects both raw materials and finished products for conformance to quality specifications    Who We’re Looking For: * Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented and has demonstrated success working with a team towards a common goal with proven results. * High school graduate or equivalent  * Two (2) to four (4) years of related work experience in an automotive (chassis/ parts), restoration, manufacturing and or assembly environment  * General automotive knowledge and knowledge of fabrication, machining/ welding equipment setup, process, and maintenance * Bonus points for Certifications and/or technical automotive program graduate    Location & Schedule:  This is an onsite role in Torrance, CA and the schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm plus overtime

Role: Welder Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday   Hourly rate: Up to £19.10 ph DOE Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for precision and quality? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Welder / Fitter to join our Production team in Warwick! This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for welding and fitting components to exacting standards, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality expectations in line with BS EN ISO 9001. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out MIG and MAG welding on medium-heavy steel fabrications (2mm–10mm) * Build and tack weld fabrications from engineering drawings * Identify and correct visual faults in fabrications * Promote a proactive approach to quality and team collaboration * Maintain a clean and safe working environment, using PPE appropriately * Support team leaders with recovery programmes and continuous improvement * Be flexible in moving between departments and learning new skills IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Experience in MIG & MAG welding and medium-heavy steel fabrication * Welding/fabrication qualifications and relevant training * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and build specifications * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Self-disciplined, punctual, and reliable * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and areas * Ability to work in confined spaces and perform occasional heavy lifting * BSEN 287 coded welding and pendant crane operation are desirable If you’re ready to bring your welding skills to a team that builds with pride, we’d love to hear from you!   We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
