supporting children, young people and families in challenging life situations for many years. With a wide range of inpatient and
outpatient educational support, equestrian education and therapy, and targeted time-out measures, we respond individually to the

As an independent provider of youth welfare, we run residential groups for children and youth in Düsseldorf, Wermelskirchen,

DAILY BUSINESS Als freier Träger der Jugendhilfe betreiben wir ein stationäres Verselbstständigungswohnen für weibliche Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Alter von 16-21 Jahren in Düsseldorf. Es handelt sich hierbei, um sozialpädagogische Wohngemeinschaften in Einzel- sowie WG-Settings. Daily Business * Pädagogische Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen (Mädchen zwischen 16-21 Jahren) * Unterstützung der Alltagsbewältigungen der Klientinnen * Begleitung von Terminen, Führen von pädagogischen Gesprächen, Verselbstständigung in Haushaltsaufgaben * Teilnahme an Hilfeplangesprächen, Team-Meetings und Fallbesprechungen * Übernahme von Bezugsbetreuungen * Kontakt zu Institutionen, wie dem Jugendamt, der Schule, der Polizei, etc. (Netzwerkarbeit) * Tagesdokumentationen und Schreiben von Sachstandsberichten * Leitende Team- und Strukturaufgaben & pädagogische Anleitung von Praktikanten u.
