Hledáme parťáky a parťačky do provozu Wolt Marketu na zkrácený úvazek! 💪🏻 Wolt Market je členem Wolt platformy. Máme vlastní kamenné výdejny, ale zákazník se k nám nepodívá - nakoupí si online přes Wolt aplikaci. My objednávku zpracujeme a předáme do rukou kurýra, který se postará o její rychlé doručení. Jsme super kolektiv, rádi se spolu smějeme, řešíme cokoliv na place nastane a vzít za práci nám není cizí. 🩵  Co budeš mít na starost: * Příjem a evidenci produktů do provozovny. * Kompletaci objednávek a jejich předávání kurýrům. * Udržování pořádku. * Práci s interním systémem (PC/tablet). * Zlepšování procesů v denním provozu. * Když si vzájemně sedneme, můžeš se brzy stát vedoucím směny a rozšířit si záběr o koordinaci práce na dané provozovně; odbavení dodavatelů při příjmu/reklamacích atd. Naše skromná očekávání: * Rychle se učíš a multitasking ti není cizí. * Máš proaktivní, pro-zákaznický, prostě “can-do” přístup. * Poradíš si s technikou (umíš používat chytrý telefon a notebook). * Je za tebe okay pracovat během dne, v noci, o víkendu i ve svátek. * Umíš plynule česky slovem i písmem (B2/C1). * Máš základy angličtiny (pro navigaci v našich systémech).   Na co se můžeš těšit: * Počáteční mzdu 140 - 150 CZK / hodina (dle zkušeností). * Možnost rychlého růstu na pozici vedoucího směny (v řádu týdnů/měsíců) a s ním spojené vyšší platové ohodnocení. * Smlouvu na částečný úvazek. * Slevy na všechny nákupy přes Wolt aplikaci. * Multisport kartu. * Pohodovou, přátelskou a uvolněnou atmosféru. If so, then let’s talk!   We are looking for a part-time (12h/week) Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Örebro! 🤩 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Taking in orders through our Merchant app * Picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners * Unloading food and supplies that we receive from vendors * Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * You are proactive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask * Flexibility with working in shifts in the mornings and evenings (especially between 07-16:00 o'clock) including weekends and holidays is required - our Wolt Market is open 07:00-21:00 * Experience from working in a grocery store is an advantage! * Fluency in English is a requirement, Swedish is a plus!  * You have a valid right to work in Sweden WHAT YOU’LL GET BY JOINING US * Wolt credits cashback benefit  * Employee assistance program * Wolt-wide training programs If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going!
