ROLE What will be your main challenges? * As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP protection, enforcement strategy, trademark portfolio management and litigation matters. * This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to work across a diverse range of products and business teams: from mobile games to social media platforms.. Key Responsibilities: * IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content. * Commercial Support: Assist on a variety of agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products and activities, with a particular focus on IP-related provision, licensing, protection and risk management. Exposure to broader commercial contract work is a plus.. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the legal team supports the business * Impact: You will be a key member of the legal team working hand in hand with the operational teams in a very integrated manner. You will be the privileged point of contact for any IP-related matters, and will work closely with cross-functional teams in a highly integrated, and hands-on environment. About the Role As Junior Legal Counsel, you will be part of Dynavox Group's Legal function and work closely with the business on day-to-day legal matters in an international organization experiencing strong growth. The role includes independent responsibility for certain areas, while working in close collaboration with colleagues within the legal function. You will support the business by providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and data protection.
