DEINE AUFGABEN Deine Aufgaben nach der Einarbeitung: * Du etablierst und entwickelst den Bereich SAP S/4HANA Utilities bei GAMBIT und gewinnst neue Kunden durch aktive Marktbearbeitung und Teilnahme an Sales-Aktivitäten * Du baust den Fachbereich SAP S/4HANA Utilities für GAMBIT auf und gestaltest dessen Wachstum * Du übernimmst die Hauptverantwortung für die Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen IS-U und SAP S/4HANA Utilities * Du konzipierst, implementierst und begleitest SAP S/4HANA-Utilities-Projekte von Anfang bis Ende DEIN PROFIL Folgende Kompetenzen, Erfahrungen und Skills wären perfekt: * Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Projekten der Energiewirtschaft mit (Erfahrungslevel Senior/Principal) * Du kennst die Prozesse im Energiesektor und bewegst dich sicher in diesem Umfeld * Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von IS-U oder SAP S/4HANA-Utilities-Systemen * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert und stets mit einem klaren Kundenfokus und trittst souverän und selbstsicher auf * Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit, auch international * Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder einem hohen Niveau sowie Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift * Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über übergreifende SAP-Kenntnisse (zum Beispiel zu Transportwesen oder SAP-Tabellenstrukturen) und bist auf dem neuesten Stand zu Releases und Veränderungen im SAP-Umfeld WARUM WIR? We are seeking an SAP Senior FSM Consultant to lead the delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers. This role combines deep functional knowledge of SAP FSM with strong business process understanding in service operations, field execution, dispatching, mobility, planning, and integrated service management. The consultant leads workshops, drives solution architecture, and ensures successful end-to-end project delivery within complex enterprise environments. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada. We are unable to provide employment sponsorship at this time. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. * Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work. * Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management-specific business processes. * Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics. * Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement. * Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects. * Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support. * Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides. WHAT YOU BRING * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or equivalent mobile/field service solutions. * Strong knowledge of SAP FSM modules and components: Planning & Dispatching,Smartforms, Mobile, Workflow, Analytics, and Master Data. * Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (work order lifecycle, dispatching, asset management, service contracts, time entry). * Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability. * Technical knowledge of REST APIs, OData, BTP Integration Suite, or CPI. * Background in EAM-intensive industries (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, public sector). * Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred. * Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
