IHRE AUFGABEN You Role Overview: As an Earth Observations Manager, you will contribute to the development and application of geospatial analyses and methodologies for nature-based solutions and climate-related projects. You will support the generation of high-quality, data-driven insights to inform environmental decision-making. Overview We are looking for a Teleoperation Trainer to sit at the intersection of our operations and engineering teams. In this role, you will train and quality-manage a team of teleoperation operators, establish and maintain data collection standards, and act as the critical bridge between project management and the technical teams developing our teleoperation and policy systems. You will maintain direct teleoperation proficiency and translate operational insight into actionable engineering feedback, and vice versa. This role starts hands-on and grows in scope and ownership as we scale.
