We’re hiring a Growth Manager to build and scale programs that generate consistent, high-quality pipeline across EMEA. This role
is ideal for a full-stack B2B marketer with deep demand gen expertise and a strong track record of partnering with sales to drive
revenue.
Working closely with product marketing, partnerships, and sales, you’ll help shape the regional strategy, launch campaigns, and be
accountable for pipeline growth. This includes supporting initiatives across integrated campaigns, field marketing, and partner
marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader to drive our marketing engine for SMB and Mid-Market segments across EMEA, with an emphasis on Ideal Customer Profiles. This segment represents a massive portion of Europe’s economic fabric and is a critical driver of our ambitions in the region. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional influence. You'll translate global priorities into locally resonant programs, ensuring that audiences in the SMB and Mid-Market space have high-quality, insight-driven experiences throughout their lifecycle, from early exploration to long-term partnership. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has an unbridled passion for working hand-in-hand with regional sales teams to drive successful user outcomes, and is excited about building a high-velocity revenue engine. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments with an emphasis on Ideal Customer Profiles * Own key business and revenue metrics throughout the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on accelerating pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create successful co-selling initiatives that extend our reach within the partner and developer ecosystems * Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing plans, partnering with digital marketing and demand generation teams to secure high-value deals * Partner closely with Sales leadership to align account plans, ensure disciplined lead follow-up, and establish trust as a strategic partner * Collaborate with EMEA demand generation and product marketing to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content and marketing assets * Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale while seeking to generate new global best practices, and innovate ways to educate a diverse range of personas about the value that Stripe delivers to businesses WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the EMEA technology market, including specific experience with demand generation and field marketing * Proven track record of defining and executing B2B marketing strategies that successfully drive metrics, key performance indicators, and pipeline generation * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics with simplicity to diverse audiences * Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making, along with a deep understanding of full-funnel journeys and marketing technology like Salesforce * Experience scaling programs through agency resources and collaborating across key go-to-market stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced industry and work environment * Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries, or marketing FinTech solutions or to FinTech companies * Understanding of the payments, financial technology, and ecommerce industries and partner ecosystems * Demonstrated success delivering marketing programs with and through consulting and technology partners

The Pinterest 3P Growth Measurement Partnerships team partners closely with measurement vendors to help advertisers grow their businesses through rigourous measurement and iterative learning. We sit at the intersection of Measurement, Business and Marketing, helping to drive performance for advertisers and providing opportunities to our Partner Business Marketing team to influence Pinterest's performance narrative in the market. This position is a unique opportunity to work with measurement partners and internal measurement and sales leadership on a strategic level and help shape the future of how brands advertise on Pinterest. What you’ll do: * Serve as the EMEA lead for Pinterest’s 3P Growth Measurement Partnerships team driving the global strategy locally across EMEA, translating global priorities into regional activation plans, market-specific partner guidance and senior leadership updates. * Own EMEA execution for current and future EMEA HQ-based measurement partners that provide agile MMM and/or Geolift to challenge click measurement. Identify where EMEA-based partners can expand with US advertisers and where US-based partners can be activated effectively in Europe * Partner closely with EMEA Measurement teams and Sales Leadership across Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB to identify local advertiser needs, prioritize opportunities and help advertisers move beyond site analytics, click-heavy reporting or limited measurement toward stronger modern 3P measurement. * Create scalable GTM programs that turn partner capability into seller action, including partner playbooks, decision trees, learning agendas, proof repositories, target lists, office hours and activation workflows so sellers know which partner to use, when to use them and how to turn 3P measurement outputs into revenue-driving recommendations. * Surface EMEA partner, advertiser and field learnings back into global strategy, including product feedback, methodology gaps, GTM improvements, seller workflow opportunities and partner marketing narratives. * Identify external amplification opportunities with Partner Marketing and Marketing teams, including case studies, success stories, blog posts, events, sponsorships and partner-led narratives that demonstrate Pinterest’s measurable business impact. * Use AI to scale a lean global function locally, accelerating partner landscaping, account research, seller Q&A, meeting synthesis, leadership updates and results interpretation while validating accuracy, protecting confidential information and owning final recommendations. What we’re looking for: Required: * Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital advertising, measurement, marketing science, analytics, ad tech, media platforms or measurement vendors. * Deep expertise in lower-funnel and sales-outcome measurement solutions including geo-lift, MMM, agile MMM and MTA with a strong understanding of how these approaches can capture and position view-based impact beyond click-based measurement. * Ability to translate complex measurement approaches into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences including sellers, advertisers, partners and senior leaders. * Experience working with measurement vendors in some capacity, with the ability to collaborate with these partners effectively, understand partner methodologies and translate partner capabilities into advertiser and seller value. * Strong commercial judgment and scalable execution, with the ability to turn measurement strategies, programs or partner capabilities into clear seller guidance, GTM motions, proof points and repeatable workflows that drive advertiser growth. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance or equivalent experience. Advantageous: * Direct experience owning or leading 3P measurement partner relationships or programs with the ability to evaluate measurement vendors for partner fit, build partner plans, manage external relationships and make clear internal recommendations on where to invest, test, scale or deprioritise. * Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous or evolving environments, with strong accountability and experience building regional strategies, scalable systems and repeatable enablement from the ground up. * Comfort using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, workflow automation and content development, while validating accuracy, protecting confidentiality and owning final recommendations.
