Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab
tests, and patient–doctor interactions, we’re entering an era where data is abundant.
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated
across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health
and disease.
If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you’ll fit right in.
Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we’re working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time:
making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast.
Short on time? TL;DR
The salary range shown is intentionally broad to reflect the range of skills and levels that we are open to for this role.
Why we need you
We’ve built strong foundations, but we’re still scrappy. Now we’re entering our next phase: scaling each team from its early
“founding” stage into something much bigger. That means hiring broadly across Operations & Support — and in healthcare, that list
runs long, with Operations being the biggest and most immediate need. These are the roles that keep the company running, keep
customers and patients trusted and cared for, and give everyone else the room to grow.
This role is our chance to level up recruiting across the company: not just filling roles, but shaping how we hire: the story we
tell, the bar we set, and the experience candidates remember.
You'd join a small People & Talent team: Dani, who looks after People Ops; Nicole, who owns GTM recruitment; and Lyn, who you'd
report to and who's been running business hiring until now. We want someone to take all of business hiring — Operations & Support,
and everything in between and put 100% of their energy into it: building pipeline, building a network, caring about every hire we
make.
What you’ll be doing day to day
This is a builder role, there's no polished machine to inherit here — you're building the pipeline, the process from scratch.
You'll own business hiring end to end — Operations & Support, and whatever else the business needs, with Operations making up the
bulk of it given the nature of healthcare. You'll become the expert — know who's great in this space, build the relationships
before you need them, and use that network to move fast. And you'll partner closely with hiring managers to keep the bar high as
we scale.

How you'll be compensated
Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab tests, and patient–doctor interactions, we’re entering an era where data is abundant. Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease. If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you’ll fit right in. Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we’re working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time: making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast. Short on time? TL;DR You: A high-agency CSM who makes things happen without being asked, is comfortable in commercial conversations, and gets genuinely energized by a technically complex product in a mission-driven space Us: A CS team of 4 managing ~40 accounts each, scaling into new segments and raising the bar on how we serve customers Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus + equity Location: Fully remote (EST timezone required) Why we need you Our customer base spans digital health platforms, wearable companies, and health systems – and we’re growing fast in all three. Our CS team is great, but we’re stretched - so we’re on the path to make shifts. The reactive work gets done — onboarding questions, troubleshooting, support coordination. The proactive work is where we’re falling behind: running useful QBRs, spotting expansion opportunities, and catching churn risks early. This hire is about adding someone with real horsepower. You’ll own a focused book of business – primarily in our digital health segment – from onboarding all the way through renewal and expansion. You’re comfortable in commercial conversations: talking about pricing, pushing on upsell opportunities, and making the case for value when a customer is on the fence. You adapt your approach depending on who you’re talking to – a technical founder needs a completely different conversation than a head of ops, and you can tell the difference quickly. You’ll also need to genuinely enjoy learning how things work. Junction’s product is technical – APIs, data integrations, health data workflows – and the best person for this role is curious about that, not intimidated by it. You’ll work closely with our CS Leader and feed directly into product and engineering with what you’re hearing from customers. What you’ll be doing day to day * Own a portfolio of 25–40 accounts across our digital health and mid-market segment * Run onboarding for new customers and get them to their first meaningful milestone as quickly as possible * Conduct quarterly business reviews that are actually useful – not just status updates, but conversations that move things forward * Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with our sales team to close them * Build a real pulse on account health – usage data, engagement signals, renewal risk – and get ahead of problems before they become urgent * Be the voice of your customers internally. Bring patterns, feedback, and frustrations to product and engineering in a way they can act on * Help define what great CS looks like for wearable and digital health customers – this is still evolving and you’ll have a real hand in shaping it * Bring a point of view on how AI tools can make CS work faster and smarter - we have budget and appetite to build this into how the team operates How we measure success The metrics that matter most for this role: * Renewal rate across your book of business * Expansion revenue from upsells and cross-sells * Time-to-value (TTV) for new customers – how quickly they hit their first milestone * Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) across your accounts What we’re looking for * High agency: You don’t wait to be told what needs doing. You spot problems, form a view, and act. You have examples of things you went after in a previous role that nobody asked you to do. * Commercial confidence: You’re comfortable having pricing and renewal conversations directly. You know how to make the case for value, push on upsell opportunities, and hold a number without hiding behind ‘I’ll loop in sales.’ * Adaptability: You read the room quickly and flex your approach. A technical founder and a VP of operations need completely different conversations, and you know how to have both. * Technical curiosity: You’ve worked with a technical product – APIs, developer tools, data platforms, or similar – and you actually enjoyed getting into how it works. You have a method for learning things you don’t understand yet. * CS experience: 3–6 years owning accounts end-to-end. You’ve managed 20–50 accounts at a time and know how to stay on top of them without things slipping. * Early-stage background: You’ve worked at a Seed through Series C company. Things were ambiguous, processes were still being built, and that energized you rather than frustrated you. * Bring a point of view on how AI tools can make CS work faster and smarter — we have budget and appetite to build this into how the team operates. You don’t need to tick every box to fit in here. If the problems we’re solving genuinely interest you and you know you can contribute, we’d love to talk. What this role isn’t * You want a fully defined playbook from day one – we’re still building ours and you’ll have a hand in writing it * You prefer reactive CS – most of the value in this role comes from going out and making things happen, not responding to inbound * You’re not comfortable owning commercial conversations – renewals, upsells, and pricing discussions are part of the job, not something to escalate away * You want to specialize – you’ll touch onboarding, retention, expansion, and internal feedback loops, often in the same week * Technical products make you uncomfortable – Junction’s API-first platform requires genuine curiosity about how things work, not just a surface-level understanding How you'll be compensated * Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus + equity * Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level * Equity (extended exercise post 2 years of employment) * Company and team offsites * Monthly learning budget of $150 for personal development and productivity * $100 monthly wellness budget * Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment * Coworking budget * 36 days paid time off (including bank holidays) * Premium healthcare coverage * 4% monthly contribution to pension/401k * Yearly blood test on us * Enhanced parental, foster, and adoption leave Important details before applying: * We only hire folks physically based in GMT and EST timezones - more information here * We do not sponsor visas right now given our stage

We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast. SHORT ON TIME? TL;DR You: An experienced operations leader who enjoys running teams that solve real operational problems every day. You're comfortable managing people, improving processes, and stepping into complex issues when things go wrong. Us: A growing Lab Operations team responsible for keeping every lab order moving smoothly from order to result. Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 Location: Fully remote (US-based, EST timezone required) WHY WE NEED YOU Every lab order that moves through Junction eventually becomes something physical. A kit ships, a lab runs a test, and results make their way back to providers and patients. Lab Operations is the team that makes sure that process works reliably. When they do their job well, customers barely notice. When something goes wrong, they're usually the team that fixes it. As order volume continues to grow, we need someone who can lead the day-to-day operation, coach the team, and make sure quality keeps pace with scale. This role is equal parts people leadership and operational ownership. You'll manage a distributed team, help people make better decisions independently, and improve the systems and processes that support the work. A lot of today's operation is still manual, so there are genuine opportunities to simplify workflows and remove recurring problems over time. You'll also work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and our Support teams whenever operational issues need a cross-functional solution or a longer-term fix. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY * Manage, coach, and develop a distributed Lab Operations team, supporting both individual contributors and team leadership as the organization grows * Plan team capacity and staffing as order volume increases based on demand trends * Own the team's day-to-day operation across lab result review, order investigations, and proactive issue resolution with labs and customers * Make sure SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets are consistently met * Interface with vendors and ensure we have good working relationships, troubleshoot issues as they come up, and set up streamlined processes for day-to-day interaction * Step into complex operational issues when the team needs support, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external lab partners where needed * Improve SOPs, quality standards, and team workflows so the operation becomes more consistent and easier to scale * Identify recurring operational issues and partner with our Operations Systems & Tooling team on workflow improvements and automation * Build a team that can solve problems independently, with clear ownership and fewer escalations over time HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS * SLA attainment across Lab Operations * Operational quality and accuracy as order volume grows * Fewer escalations requiring support from senior leadership * Team engagement, development, and retention * Operational improvements that reduce manual work and recurring issues WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * People leadership: 5+ years hiring and managing operations teams through growth. You've coached people to become more independent, handled performance conversations, and built a team that doesn't rely on you for every decision. * Operational judgment: You've led teams that spend their day solving exception-heavy operational problems rather than simply following scripts. You're comfortable making decisions when situations don't fit neatly into a process. * Process improvement: You've built or significantly improved SOPs, SLAs, quality frameworks, or operational processes. * Distributed team management: You've managed people across multiple time zones and know how to build a team rhythm that keeps everyone aligned without constant oversight. * Customer and vendor management: You've handled direct vendor relationships in business-critical operations and are comfortable being the escalation point for customers. * Healthcare or operational experience: You've worked in healthcare operations, diagnostics, logistics, or another operational environment where accuracy matters. You don’t need to tick every box to fit in here. If the problems we’re solving genuinely interest you and you know you can contribute, we’d love to talk. NICE TO HAVE * Experience managing distributed operations teams based in the Philippines * Experience in lab operations, diagnostics, or healthcare logistics * Experience partnering with an internal systems or tooling team to automate operational workflows * Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level * Equity (extended exercise post 2 years of employment) * Company and team offsites * Monthly learning budget of $150 for personal development and productivity * $100 monthly wellness budget * Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment * Coworking budget * 36 days paid time off (including bank holidays) * Premium healthcare coverage * 4% monthly contribution to pension/401k * Yearly blood test on us * Enhanced parental, foster, and adoption leave Important details before applying: * We only hire folks physically based in GMT and EST timezones - more information here * We do not sponsor visas right now given our stage

ABOUT THE ROLE: Our Business Recruiting team is growing, and we're looking for someone who is deeply curious, highly agile, and energized by the work of building talent-dense teams. You'll own searches for our early career roles across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess candidates. You'll think creatively about how to find talent, experiment with new sourcing and evaluation approaches, and use AI and modern tools to work smarter and move faster. Traditional recruiting experience isn’t required. We welcome candidates from sales, operations, customer-facing roles, or entirely different backgrounds. What matters most is that you're resourceful, quick to learn, and relentless about outcomes. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love using AI and Notion to increase your leverage, and are excited to help shape the future of recruiting, we'd love to hear from you. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: * Own recruiting for our highest-volume and early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling. * Build creative sourcing and outbound strategies that help us identify and engage exceptional talent, continuously experimenting with modern tools, channels, and AI-forward approaches to improve how we hire. * Contribute to redesigning how we evaluate candidates through building prompts, work trials, and creative experiments. * Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, calibrate on talent, run structured and rigorous interview processes, and make thoughtful hiring decisions. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through close, helping candidates understand our mission, teams, and roles. * Learn the craft of recruiting from a high-performing team while developing into a trusted talent partner who influences how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. SKILLS YOU'LL BRING: * Proven track record of execution: 2+ years full-time experience in sales, customer success, business development, growth, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. * Learner’s mindset: You actively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and are energized by tackling unfamiliar challenges. * AI Native: You're genuinely interested in AI technologies and eager to learn how to build with them. You see AI as a tool to automate workflows, reduce toil, and accelerate execution. Beyond personal use, you're excited to champion AI adoption across the Recruiting organization, helping teammates discover new ways to work smarter and more efficiently. * Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you’re building. * Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. You don't wait for instructions for every step but rather show initiative in identifying what needs to be done and driving projects forward. You ask questions when needed while independently finding solutions to problems. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds.
