Shipco Transport Inc., a leading international cargo transportation company, has an immediate opening at our GSG branch located in
Elizabeth, NJ for an experienced Import Supervisor.
The Import Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily import operations of the Global Solutions Group, which provides
white-label services on behalf of our customers. This role ensures shipments are managed accurately, efficiently, and in
accordance with each customer's specific procedures and service requirements.
The Import Supervisor will lead the operations team, monitor service performance, resolve escalated issues, and ensure all
customer communication reflects the customer's brand and standards. The position requires strong operational knowledge, attention
to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer programs with different processes and expectations.
