The main function of this role is to assist customer in day-to-day, liaise with carrier, transporter, warehouse operator, fumigation, and ad-hoc task. Monitoring customer support, quotation and maintaining the volume and trade laneEnsure all procedures and time frames to be followed as per agreed SOPs and workflows & must be always adhered to.

Responsibilities: Handling day-to-day sea freight operations in our Phoenix enterprise data system Preparing shipping documentsCoordinating with customers, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas offices / partners as well as internal departmentsTracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipmentsOther duties as required by management

1. Coordinate with origins, oversea agent and carriers 2. Handle full set of sea freight shipment, operating consolidation, LCL/FCL. 3. Handle booking, quotation , job file closing 4. Perform cargo planning 5. Work independently and make sure the shipment going smoothly & on time 6. Manage operations professionally and ensure full compliance to company’s regulations
