Join us as a Motion Designer and help bring our brand to life through video and motion. You’ll take projects from concept to completion, crafting compelling, on-brand stories across marketing, brand, and product touchpoints.
With a sharp editorial eye and solid motion design skills, you'll help keep our visual language consistent, contribute to our motion principles, and look for smarter ways to create and scale video, including with AI-enabled workflows.

Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, Open AI, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation JOB PURPOSE We're looking for a Principal, Creative Design to join one of our fastest-growing global creative accounts, helping deliver high-quality performance marketing creative at exceptional scale. You'll partner closely with Designers, Motion Designers, Creative Leads and Project Managers to take approved creative through to production-ready delivery. This means adapting, versioning and preparing assets across multiple formats, channels and markets while ensuring every deliverable is accurate, on-brand and technically flawless. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Adapt, resize and version static and motion creative across multiple channels, platforms, languages and formats. * Produce high volumes of performance marketing assets while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency. * Prepare approved creative for production and final delivery, ensuring all assets meet brand, platform and technical specifications. * Support Creative Leads and Designers by taking concepts through to execution-ready assets. * Upload, organise and maintain creative assets within client delivery systems, ensuring file naming conventions, folder structures and documentation remain accurate and consistent. * Carry out quality assurance checks across creative deliverables, identifying inconsistencies before assets are shared with clients. * Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional creative teams to manage priorities and meet fast-paced delivery timelines. * Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, helping the wider team deliver creative more efficiently at scale WHAT YOU BRING: * Strong experience producing digital design and/or motion assets within a creative agency or in-house environment. * Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion roles). * Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing accurate, high-quality creative. * Experience adapting and versioning creative across multiple formats, aspect ratios and digital platforms. * Comfortable working within established brand systems, templates and design guidelines. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. * A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a multidisciplinary creative team. * Comfortable working within structured workflows and following production processes. * Experience using AI-assisted creative workflows is advantageous but not essential. * Full working proficiency in the English language WE OFFER * Hybrid working policy * Stay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform, and a multisport programme; * A reputation for doing good. The role As a Motion Designer on the Design team, you will bring the Legora brand to life through motion, animation, and storytelling. You’ll craft motion systems that scale across channels, product marketing, social, campaigns, ads, and events, and help define how we use movement to communicate clearly and feel alive. Day to day, you'll create guided video tutorials for our YouTube Channel, as well as collaborate with other departments on other types of video content. You'll use your skills in motion and design to artfully explain complex topics in terms understandable by junior and prospective designers, empowering them to create. Our ideal candidate is a passionate educator and collaborator, who is driven by their curiosity to solve problems and learn something new. They're an effective communicator and sweat the details. They should feel comfortable communicating concepts to beginner-level designers and developers in a way that lifts them up and helps them grow. WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FIGMA: * Manage end-to-end video production, from inception to delivery * Collaborate with Education Designers and Content Strategists to create concise and clear scripts, and record voice overs * Ideate new videos, record audio and video, create visual assets, animate, edit, write descriptions, and publish final videos to YouTube * Create eye-catching motion graphics explainers, animations, and transitions to enhance and augment screen recordings * Work with our Product and Engineering teams to understand how new and existing features work, and the problems they solve for our users * Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Community, and Growth teams to coordinate positioning of our content for new features * Identify key success metrics, perform lightweight analytics, and engage with our users in video comments WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: * Experience animating educational content for SaaS products and features * Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, approachable, and accessible content * Proven ability to identify the optimal way to teach complex concepts or features, with a willingness to abandon ideas that didn't work along the way * Track record of creative, collaborative brainstorming on new projects and ideas * Passion for democratizing design and development, making career paths and opportunities accessible to everyone At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
