Join us in shaping the future of beauty. We're looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the CUTRIN marketing team and lead the
development and marketing of our consumer product portfolio, spanning hair care and hair styling. The iconic Cutrin brand is being
updated and this role is key in helping shape what comes next!
This role is a maternity leave cover fixed term position until end of 2027, located at Lumene Group HQ in Espoo, Finland.
THE ROLE
As a Global Brand Manager, you will be the key owner of CUTRIN's consumer product portfolio. You will drive new product
development, lead 360 campaign production of compelling marketing assets, and manage the portfolio through its full lifecycle.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, a sharp eye for consumer trends, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects
from idea to shelf.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead new product development from consumer insight to launch, including concept, formula, and packaging direction.
Build and own business cases for new launches.
Define portfolio strategy and manage the product lifecycle.
Translate brand strategy into compelling campaign concepts and marketing assets.
Own 360 campaign materials, from creative brief through production and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and portfolio performance.
Partner closely with R&D, marketing, creative and commercial teams to bring the portfolio to life.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Hold a degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience in brand management or similar role, NPD experience is a plus
A proven track record of creating successful concepts, campaigns or launches
Passionate about hair care / beauty
A combination of strong commercial mindset and creativity
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Highly visual with a keen eye for detail
A confident communicator and enjoy presenting your work
Fluent in English (Finnish or Swedish is a plus)
