About the role
As a Process Project Engineer, you will lead projects and drive process optimization initiatives in line with defined timelines and budgets, contributing to the industrialization of new processes and products while improving efficiency, capacity, quality, and cost performance. You will manage large-scale projects throughout the entire lifecycle—from design to physical implementation—in close collaboration with external suppliers.
The position requires a flexible and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn new areas and support other departments. You will also be responsible for providing regular updates and reporting on planned, ongoing, and completed projects to your manager and relevant stakeholders.

Develop and maintain process standards, parameters, and work instructions, ensuring proper documentation
Conduct risk assessments related to safety and quality throughout all project phases
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders in line with company policies
Act as a key interface between R&D and production during industrialization, including supplier coordination and FAT/SAT activities
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree combined with solid relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience from manufacturing or production environments
At least 3 years of experience independently managing Strong knowledge of WCM methodologies, process improvement, and loss analysis
Experience with cost calculations, budgeting, and investment analysis
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience from glass, automotive glass, or similar industries
Experience in product industrialization
Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
CAD and technical drawing interpretation
Experience with supplier management and technical validation processes

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technology transfer activities for manufacturing processes for injectable pharmaceutical products, from development into manufacturing environments at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). You will support products from clinical development through to commercial supply. As Senior Process Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure robust, scalable, and GMP-compliant manufacturing operations. You will report to the Director Manufacturing Operations. Candidate profile We are looking for a professional with at least 7 years of experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. You have hands-on experience from manufacturing process development, technology transfer, and GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably within sterile or injectable products.
