OM TJÄNSTEN: I rollen som Business Process Coordinator kommer du att arbeta i en verksamhet med hög teknisk kompetens och många tvärfunktionella kontaktytor. Du blir en viktig del i arbetet med att koordinera aktiviteter kopplade till överlämningsgranskningar och säkerställa att dokumentation, uppföljning och processer håller hög kvalitet. Du kommer att samarbeta med flera olika funktioner inom organisationen och bidra till att skapa struktur, tydlighet och framdrift i pågående aktiviteter. Rollen innebär både administrativt och analytiskt arbete där du arbetar i olika systemmiljöer såsom SAP, PLM-system, Qlik och Microsoft 365. På sikt kan ansvarsområdena utvecklas beroende på verksamhetens behov. ARBETSUPPGIFTER: Koordinera arbetsflöden och uppföljningsaktiviteter kopplade till överlämningsgranskningar Planera möten, underhålla dokumentation och följa upp åtgärder Stödja tvärfunktionell kommunikation och bidra till problemlösning Analysera och validera data i SAP, PLM, Qlik och Microsoft 365 Bidra till initiativ som förbättrar datakvalitet och processer Säkerställa att överenskomna aktiviteter genomförs inom utsatt tid VI SÖKER DIG SOM:Har en teknisk bakgrund, i form av utbildning eller arbetslivserfarenhet Har erfarenhet av koordinerande eller administrativt arbete i en teknisk eller industriell verksamhet Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med många kontaktytor Har ett strukturerat och proaktivt arbetssätt Har erfarenhet av att arbeta tvärfunktionellt med flera olika intressenter Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet Det inte nödvändigt, men meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet av SAP, PLM-system, Qlik eller liknande verktyg Erfarenhet från roterande maskineri, tillverkning eller närliggande områden För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du som person är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du har lätt för att skapa goda samarbeten och trivs i en roll där du får koordinera, följa upp och driva aktiviteter framåt. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our sales configuration tools are always up-to-date and accurate, directly enabling our global sales force to deliver the right solutions to customers. What you'll do Create and maintain commercial and technical product data in our database Ensure accuracy and completeness of product and component information Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product owners, Sales team and R&D Your work will have a direct and visible impact on how products are configured and sold globally. Experience working with product data, product configuration, ERP, PLM, PIM, CPQ or similar business systems is advantageous. Education & languages: You may hold a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Data Management, Business & Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience gained through vocational training and relevant work experience is equally valued. Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage.
