I rollen som Business Process Coordinator kommer du att arbeta i en verksamhet med hög teknisk kompetens och många tvärfunktionella kontaktytor. Du blir en viktig del i arbetet med att koordinera aktiviteter kopplade till överlämningsgranskningar och säkerställa att dokumentation, uppföljning och processer håller hög kvalitet.
Du kommer att samarbeta med flera olika funktioner inom organisationen och bidra till att skapa struktur, tydlighet och framdrift i pågående aktiviteter. Rollen innebär både administrativt och analytiskt arbete där du arbetar i olika systemmiljöer såsom SAP, PLM-system, Qlik och Microsoft 365. På sikt kan ansvarsområdena utvecklas beroende på verksamhetens behov.
Koordinera arbetsflöden och uppföljningsaktiviteter kopplade till överlämningsgranskningar
Planera möten, underhålla dokumentation och följa upp åtgärder
Stödja tvärfunktionell kommunikation och bidra till problemlösning
Analysera och validera data i SAP, PLM, Qlik och Microsoft 365
Bidra till initiativ som förbättrar datakvalitet och processer
Säkerställa att överenskomna aktiviteter genomförs inom utsatt tid
VI SÖKER DIG SOM:Har en teknisk bakgrund, i form av utbildning eller arbetslivserfarenhet
Har erfarenhet av koordinerande eller administrativt arbete i en teknisk eller industriell verksamhet
Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med många kontaktytor
Har ett strukturerat och proaktivt arbetssätt
Har erfarenhet av att arbeta tvärfunktionellt med flera olika intressenter
Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet
Erfarenhet av SAP, PLM-system, Qlik eller liknande verktyg
Erfarenhet från roterande maskineri, tillverkning eller närliggande områden
