We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with our CTO. You will take ownership of important, loosely defined
problems and deliver results.
Your initial focus will be customer integrations and solution engineering. You will lead strategic customer initiatives, translate
recurring needs into product direction, and help reduce the time our CTO spends on solution scoping. As you prove ownership, your
scope can expand into product discovery, internal engineering, or AI adoption.
This is a hands-on role. You will build, investigate, make decisions, and follow through. It is not a support or
project-management position.
Lead strategic customer initiatives
Own important customer engagements from discovery through delivery. Join technical conversations, clarify requirements, and act as
the CTO’s delegate where agreed. Turn recurring customer needs into clear input for the product roadmap.
Drive product and technical discovery
Turn open questions into specifications and prototypes. Evaluate whether we should build, buy, or integrate. Research technical
options and recommend a clear course of action.
Improve how our engineers work
Remove friction from onboarding, permissions, tooling, and internal infrastructure. Build secure, self-service workflows that help
engineers work effectively.
Lead practical AI adoption
Test new AI tools and workflows across Finto. Measure whether they improve speed or quality, train the team on useful
applications, and introduce appropriate guardrails.
Your priorities will change as the company changes. One week you may scope an ERP integration. The next, you may prototype a
product idea or improve an internal workflow.
Chief of Staff role.
Experience with ERP integrations, fintech, developer tooling, or customer-facing technical work is helpful but not required.

Working fully autonomously alongside our founder, your decisions will directly influence our company's trajectory and success. On a typical day, your tasks may include: * Identifying and validating market opportunities across media categories, geographies and platforms * Building automated systems and operational frameworks that enable rapid scaling across multiple verticals and distribution channels * Leading cross-functional initiatives that integrate new business lines with existing operations * Designing and executing strategic experiments across market entry, partnership models, and go-to-market strategies * Establishing partnerships with industry leaders, technology platforms, and distribution networks to accelerate business expansion * Developing comprehensive market entry strategies and operational blueprints for new business verticals WHO YOU ARE You're a business development professional with deep expertise in building new ventures in dynamic, high-growth environments. You excel at identifying market opportunities, validating business concepts through systematic experimentation, and executing comprehensive business development strategies while operating independently with minimal oversight. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As an EiR, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and entrepreneurship. This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems from first principles, is eager to take full ownership of initiatives, and is motivated to explore new opportunities that can shape the trajectory of the company. You’ll identify the biggest challenges and opportunities, scope and prioritize solutions, and then lead their successful execution. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL * 3+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, plus 1–2+ years in strategy, business operations, or an entrepreneurial role within fintech, vertical SaaS, or financial services. * A proven track record in stakeholder and project management, including direct client interaction. * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in product-centric environments. * Strong collaboration skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, scalable solutions. * Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, including at the C-level. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and impact. * Experience working closely with product teams is a plus.
