Replay Operations Technical Guarantee Lieu de travail : La majeure partie du travail s'effectuera au Replay Center de Paris. Le poste peut également impliquer du télétravail régulier ainsi que des interventions lors d'événements nationaux et internationaux (principalement les championnats nationaux et les compétitions de l'UEFA et de la FIFA), nécessitant des déplacements vers divers stades, en France comme à l'étranger. Date de début : Août Rémunération et contrat : 32,250 EUR En tant que Technicien Opérations VAR, vous participez principalement aux opérations (pour toutes les compétitions) au Replay Center de Paris, sous la supervision du Responsable des Opérations VAR. PRINCIPALES MISSIONS * Installation du système d'assistance vidéo et audio à l’arbitrage les jours de match. * Réalisation des vérifications d'avant-match des systèmes, conformément aux procédures établies et à la check-list. * Exploitation du dispositif technologique pendant le match (de 4 à 20 caméras). * Résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels. * Recherche et développement de nouveaux projets et systèmes (en dehors des jours de match). * Transmission d'un retour d'expérience après chaque match. Signalement de tout matériel défectueux ou manquant au responsable du matériel afin que le problème soit résolu avant le match suivant. * Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires (réunions techniques, retours d'expérience, préparation, etc.). * Gestion autonome du temps de travail en télétravail pour optimiser l'efficacité. * Participation à des formations régulières (au centre de visionnage, dans les stades, au CNF) avec les collègues et les arbitres. * Contribution au maintien en bon état du centre de visionnage et de l'entrepôt. * Projets individuels ponctuels pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs de l'activité. CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS DE VOUS * Solides bases techniques ; idéalement, une formation de niveau supérieur dans un domaine pertinent ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente. * Bonne connaissance du projet VAR. * Sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression, dans le respect des procédures et en environnement de diffusion en direct. * Bonnes compétences en communication. Aisance et assurance dans les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes, avec une attitude professionnelle et accessible. * Capacité à prendre en main les problèmes et à trouver des solutions pragmatiques et viables aux défis techniques. * Une expérience des projets ou installations techniques de grande envergure et du respect des délais serait un atout. * Solide connaissance du football (en particulier français) et intérêt plus général pour le sport. * Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais. La maîtrise d'autres langues constitue un atout. * Pratique de l'e-sport (jeux vidéo de football) appréciée.

Architecting custom solutions - By co-creating tailored solutions that integrate Elastic’s technology within the partner’s offerings or customer environments, Partner Solution Architects ensure that partners are not just enabled but are fully equipped to solve unique customer challenges, which in turn, stimulates active selling. Co-Leading design wins - you work collaboratively on design wins, meaning they assist in developing the technical blueprint for industry-specific solutions that partners can use in their go-to-market strategies, effectively boosting activation. Driving technical advocacy and earning trust - you foster a deeper technical rapport with the partner, aiding their ability to comprehend and advocate for Elastic solutions, which is a key component for partner activation. Build trusted relationships with senior technical individuals. Supporting co-marketing efforts - you provide the technical backbone to marketing campaigns, ensuring that the partner’s messaging accurately reflects the capabilities and benefits of Elastic’s offerings, which is important for an effective activation campaign. Authoring customer-facing publications - you stay on top of market trends around cloud and industry best practices, building deep relationships with technical leaders inside and outside of the company, contributing to publications, white papers, blogs, and sales collateral. Build community to drive growth - develop a focused and structured network of Solutions Architects who can pinpoint opportunities based on the synergies between Elastic and partners. This is a PreSales role that carries a sales target so candidates should  have previous PreSales experience within the software sector. You will be required to travel approximately 30% of the time.   What You Bring * 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies. * 5+ years of experience working with multinational customers in support of technology sales. * An understanding of AI and semantic search and vector technologies, with a focus on RAG, vector search, and NLP. * Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, Google Cloud or MSFT Azure. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration.
