The Role
Growth at Bitstack is not a marketing function.
It’s one of the company’s core operating systems.
As VP Growth, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our entire growth engine — from acquisition to activation, retention,
referrals, monetization, and international expansion.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to turn Bitstack into one of Europe’s
fastest-growing consumer financial products.

Interview Process
1. Introductory Call (45 min) — An initial conversation with our People Lead to get to know you better, share more details about

2. Conversation with the CEO (60 min) — A conversation covering topics relevant to the role, such as your approach to building a
market, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, to understand your thinking and judgment.
3. Interview with the Marketing Team (60 min) — A deeper conversation with your future collaborators covering day-to-day
collaboration, experience, and team fit.
4. Leadership Interview with the CTO & CFO (60 min) — A conversation centred on your experiences, decision-making, and ownership
mindset, and how you'll work cross-functionally with the wider leadership team.
5. Office Visit — A visit to meet the leadership team and the Marketing team in person.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will own the ElevenCreative enterprise sales motion across France, building pipeline and closing deals with enterprise creative and marketing teams. DACH has one of the strongest existing enterprise footprints for ElevenLabs, with meaningful ARR, proven deal velocity, and growing creative demand - this is a market where we are accelerating, not experimenting. ElevenCreative is our AI creative platform - the place where enterprise creative and marketing teams generate and edit speech, image, video, and music using the best AI models available. You will sell the full ElevenCreative suite alongside adjacent capabilities like dubbing, Flows, and Studio to enterprise buyers who are looking to modernize how they produce content at scale. This is a green-field role. You will define the playbook, build the pipeline, and close the deals - working cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions, and customer success.
