WENN DU DARAN SPASS HAST * Digitale Abnahme: Durchführen der Live-Abnahme von Baustellen-Dokumentationen, die digital eingereicht wurden. * Prüfung der Dokumente: Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität und Korrektheit der eingereichten Unterlagen (Fotos, Protokolle) für die Bereiche Elektro-, Fundament- und Heizungsinstallationen. * Mängelkontrolle: Abgleich der Anlagendokumentation mit den internen thermondo-Qualitätsvorgaben zur Identifizierung von Mängeln. * Qualitätssicherung und Feedback: Strukturierte Rückmeldung bei festgestellten Mängeln an die zuständigen Monteur:innen. Dies beinhaltet die klare Nachforderung fehlender Unterlagen oder die Anweisung notwendiger Nachbesserungen. DEIN PROFIL * Du verfügst über ein fundiertes technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Wärmepumpen oder Elektroinstallation und hast eine entsprechende technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erworben. * Ausgeprägte IT- und Tool-Affinität: Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit komplexen digitalen Systemen, hast Freude an Software-Tools und kannst dich schnell in neue Plattformen einarbeiten. * Gewissenhaft und strukturiert arbeitest du hochpräzise, sorgfältig dokumentiert und behältst stets den Überblick über eine Vielzahl gleichzeitiger Vorgänge. * Exzellente schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache (mindestens C1-Niveau) ist erforderlich. Du kommunizierst Mängelmeldungen und Rückfragen präzise und verständlich, sodass unsere Monteur:innen und Projektteams die Informationen schnell erfassen und umsetzen können. DEINE AUFGABEN We are looking for an AI Manager (m/f/x) who operates reliably across multiple concurrent engagements - or at the scale of a single large, complex program - with our partner companies, from DAX corporations to leading “Mittelstand” companies. You are a trusted strategic advisor at C-suite level who maintains client leadership relationships beyond any single project, drives follow-on work, and is recognized as a named advisor for a topic or agenda. You work closely with our (Technical) AI Strategists, AI Engineers, and adjacent teams such as Enablement & Change and Trustworthy AI, while co-owning the further development of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space.  Your tasks will include  * Steer a portfolio of engagements. Manage multiple concurrent projects or large-scale complex programs for our partner companies; build the structures, processes, and governance that enable scalable, high-quality delivery across parallel workstreams * Be a trusted strategic advisor to client leadership. Maintain enduring C-suite relationships that transcend individual initiatives; orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder engagements; bring executive presence and structured narratives to influence direction across the client’s leadership ecosystem * Drive follow-on business and grow accounts. DEINE AUFGABEN As a Senior AI Engineer (m/f/x) in the Professional Services organization, you take ownership of production-grade AI features and services from design through operation, and you’re the engineer other team members turn to when a delivery gets technically hard. You work at the intersection of software engineering rigor and applied AI, translating client requirements into scalable, maintainable systems while raising the bar for how the team builds. Beyond your own delivery scope, you help shape how junior and mid-level engineers on your engagements approach quality, testing, and production readiness.
