Genau hier setzt du an: Du professionalisierst unseren Procurement-Bereich, baust eine interne Ersatzteil-Lieferkette an unsere Stationen auf und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Beschaffungsprozesse im neuen ERP von Anfang an richtig aufgesetzt sind Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft * Du führst, entwickelst und coachst das Procurement-Team und schaffst eine Struktur, in der eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten eine wichtige Rolle spielt. * Du bist Hauptansprechpartner aus dem Einkauf im laufenden SAP-Einführungsprojekt – von der Aufnahme der Anforderungen über das Prozessdesign (Purchase-to-Pay) bis zu Tests, Datenmigration und Go-live. * Du optimierst die interne Supply Chain für Ersatzteile an unseren Stationen auf – von Sortiment und Lieferanten über Lagerhaltung, Mindestbestände und Distributionslogik bis zur Versorgung der Maintenance & Repair-Teams vor Ort. * Du definierst und standardisierst Beschaffungsprozesse, Richtlinien und Freigabe-Workflows und überführst sie in das neue System. * Du verantwortest die Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten sowie das Vertrags- und Konditionenmanagement. * Du führst Verhandlungen bei strategisch wichtigen Warengruppen und realisierst messbare Einsparungen. * Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Fleet, Operations, Legal und IT zusammen und vertrittst die Einkaufsperspektive in cross-funktionalen Projekten. * Du treibst den Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung im Einkauf voran (z. B. n8n-Workflows, KI-gestützte Auswertungen), um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und das Team von Routinearbeit zu entlasten. * Du baust Procurement-KPIs auf und steuerst den Einkauf datenbasiert (z. B. Einsparungen, Lieferzuverlässigkeit und Prozessdurchlaufzeiten). Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen oder operativen Einkauf, davon nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. * Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP (z. B. MM / Ariba) ODER nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Einführung eines ERP-Systems – idealerweise beides. * Tiefes Verständnis von End-to-End-Beschaffungsprozessen (Purchase-to-Pay) und der Fähigkeit, sie zu standardisieren und zu digitalisieren. * Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Betrieb einer Supply Chain bzw.
