As a Business Manager, you will help drive and coordinate the daily operations and long-term growth of Engelhart’s financial and
physical commodities businesses in Europe. The products include European gas and power, renewables, dry bulk freight, and
financial commodities trading. The role encompasses a broad and evolving remit with varying levels of complexity, requiring you to
lead cross-functional initiatives and address complex business challenges across the organisation.
To be successful in this position, you will have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, as well as excellent
communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work, whatever the task. If you are
proactive, have demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver complex initiatives and have a proven track record of

The role provides exposure to all levels of staff seniority in an international commodities trading company, and includes an

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Manager - Australia to help scale and manage our growing day-to-day operations of our Australian business. This is a broad operational role, designed to provide locally embedded capability across business performance, finance coordination, People Team support, procurement support, governance, compliance and general business management. The Australian business is entering a significant growth and delivery phase. The role is intentionally broad: it will support operational maturity without creating unnecessary corporate overhead, and will evolve as the business grows across major events, venues, sport, infrastructure and advisory projects. Working closely with the Regional Director and global Central Services, you will help transition the Australian operation from market-entry phase into a scalable, delivery-ready business capable of supporting larger contracts, government clients and accelerated growth.
