Als Account Manager General Business Süd bist du verantwortlich für den aktiven Ausbau unseres Kunden- und Partnernetzwerks im
Gastronomieumfeld. Du identifizierst neue Potenziale, entwickelst bestehende Accounts weiter und überzeugst Kunden mit passenden
Lösungen aus dem gesamten Portfolio der TESSERO GmbH.
Du bist vertriebsstark, kontaktfreudig und hast Freude daran, Kunden aktiv zu gewinnen und langfristig zu entwickeln. Du denkst

The Regional Account Manager will be the main point of contact for accounts in their region, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth. What you’ll be doing Account Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers across the assigned region. * Consistently achieve and exceed regional volume and profit targets. * Conduct regular face-to-face dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. * Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction. * Maintain ongoing oversight of dealer behaviour, conduct, and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as company standards and expectations. * Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty obligations and associated regulatory responsibilities. * Monitor, track, and report on account performance and progress through detailed Account Management reports. * Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.
