Om tjänsten som Implementation ManagerSom Implementation Manager på Avy blir en nyckelroll i Delivery-teamet med syfte att utveckla kunddialogerna, maximera affärsnyttan och säkerställa att kunder går live smidigt, effektivt och med rätt förväntningar. Dina arbetsuppgifter består av att leda implementationsprojekt från start till mål och ansvarar för att leveransen håller hög kvalitet, rätt scope och tidplan. Du driver integrationsprojekt mot kundens befintliga system, såsom fastighetssystem, ärendehantering, bokningssystem och CRM. Vidare har du ett ansvar att kartlägga kundens systemmiljö, omsätta tekniska krav till tydliga handlingsplaner och anpassa Avys plattform efter kundens behov för att optimera erbjudandet. Genom hela processen säkerställer du tydlig kommunikation kring status, risker och beslut. Du dokumenterar förändringar och bidrar aktivt till att vidareutveckla Avys arbetssätt och processer. Du blir en central del av projektorganisationen och fungerar som länken mellan teknik, affär och kund. Här får du stort ansvar, nära samarbete internt och goda möjligheter att växa i takt med bolaget. Du utgår från Avys kontor i Stockholm. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Leda och koordinera implementationsprojekt från kravställning till go-live, med fullt ansvar för tidplan, scope och kvalitet. Ansvara för integrationsprojekt mot kundens befintliga system (t.ex. fastighetssystem, ärendehantering, bokning och CRM). Ansvara och kartlägga kundens systemmiljö samt omsätta tekniska krav till handlingsplaner, inklusive konfigurering och anpassning av plattformen för att optimera erbjudandet. Säkerställa tydlig kommunikation kring status, risker och beslutspunkter till alla relevanta intressenter Dokumentera scope och förändringar samt bidra till att utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt, processer och delivery-metodik Om digFör att lyckas i rollen har du tidigare erfarenhet av att implementera och konfigurera affärssystem, exempelvis ERP-, CRM-, fastighetssystem eller ärendehanteringssystem. Har du erfarenhet inom SaaS-implementation anses detta meriterande. Du besitter en god teknisk förståelse för system, dataflöden och integrationer såsom API:er, webhooks och datamodeller. Har du dessutom intresse och erfarenhet av AI-agenter och automatisering, och/eller erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen, PropTech, eller konsultbolag inom systemimplementation är det en bonus. Vidare är du van att arbeta på konsultbasis nära kund där du med trygghet drivit projekt självständigt med tydlig struktur och affären i fokus. Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.Som person är du en affärsdriven, tydlig och bygger snabbt förtroende hos kunden, förstår deras behov och driver projekt framåt. Du är kommunikativ och professionell i din framtoning, samtidigt som du är tydlig, vågar sätta gränser och vara kravställande när det behövs. Vidare är du ansvarstagande och tar stort ägandeskap i dina projekt, arbetar proaktivt och säkerställer framdrift även när utmaningar uppstår. Du trivs i en snabbrörlig och föränderlig miljö med högt tempo, och har ett stort tekniskt intresse– särskilt inom AI och automatisering.Viktigt för tjänsten är: Erfarenhet av att implementera och konfigurera affärssystem, t.ex. You won't just be ticking boxes on a rollout list; you’ll be leading the charge on high-impact transformations, like helping clinicians and admin teams move over to Accurx Scribe. Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. About the Role You'll own several concurrent implementations end to end — from contract signature to go-live. The plan, the customer relationship, the scope, the timeline, the outcome. You hand over to Customer Success once the customer is live. Your customers are Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and CFOs at fast-growing multinational SaaS and tech companies. Senior, technical, time-poor. They expect you to keep up on multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany, multi-currency and statutory reporting — and to tell them straight when they're asking for something that won't work. No two implementations look the same. Every customer brings problems that don't have a textbook answer — a consolidation edge case, a migration shape the playbook doesn't cover, a process that needs rebuilding before it can be automated. You'll work the problem, ship the answer, and move on to the next one. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own several concurrent implementations end to end, from kickoff to go-live * Run the customer relationship through implementation — Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs * Translate finance requirements into platform design — chart of accounts, entity structure, consolidation logic, reporting * Lead data migration — chart of accounts mapping, opening balances, historical data, cutover * Hold scope through the project — keep delivery aligned to what was sold, surface and reset drift early * Push back on requests that won't work, and bring the customer with you * Spot projects going off-track before the customer does, and intervene * Train and enable customer finance teams to run on Light from day one of go-live * Contribute to the playbooks, templates, and patterns the team builds over time EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field * 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory — Big 4, a finance-focused boutique, or a vendor-side professional services team (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Financials) * You are fluent in accounting and can hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, statutory vs management reporting. Qualified accountant is a plus, not a requirement * You bring structure to messy projects — clear plans, sharp prioritisation, and the judgement to know which details matter and which don't. * You excel at building trust with C-suite executives and finance leadership teams through clear communication and consistent delivery. * You are comfortable working cross-functionally — you have delivered through Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer teams without formal authority over any of them * You diagnose implementation issues quickly and deliver practical solutions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility. * You have a real implementation with your name on the go-live — vendor-side, consulting-side, or as the lead on a customer-side migration. Not "I've used an ERP" * You use AI tools daily, have specific opinions on where they help in delivery work and where they don't * Fluent English; additional European languages a plus * Bonus: multi-jurisdiction experience (IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAPs); experience losing a customer or missing a go-live and learning from it YOU'LL PROBABLY STRUGGLE HERE IF * You've only ever implemented one ERP, or only ever on one customer - you’ll be running multiple implementation projects simultaneously. * You need a PMO, a mature methodology, or a big delivery org around you to operate - you’ll be operating in a startup environment, without a large structure/org surrounding you, ownership and a self starter nature is key * You've never owned a go-live solo; someone else was always accountable - see above! * You can't give a concrete example of telling a senior customer "no" and making it stick * You've used ChatGPT once and weren't impressed - we go all in on AI at Light and need people just as passionate about it!
