Start: Immediately | Level: Lead | Location: Germany, remote | Working hours: Fulltime (40h/week) As Master Data Management Lead, you will bear overall strategic responsibility for master data management across the entire company. In this role, you will define the governance structure, set priorities for MDM initiatives, and ensure that data ownership, decision-making rights, and processes are clearly established. You will act as the central interface between business strategy and operational data. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere within Germany, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Hamburg (approximately once per month during the first year, with less frequent visits possible thereafter) YOUR MISSION * You are responsible for the global MDM strategy, the roadmap, and the data governance framework, as well as defining clear data responsibilities (Data Ownership) * You will build a central MDM Center of Competence (CoC) within the TQG Group, establish standards, and ensure the internal development of expertise * You will lead the MDM team functionally and disciplinary, and coordinate the Business and Technical Data Stewards * You will design the Master Data Operating Model (MDOM) as well as end-to-end, cross-domain master data processes (Product, Customer, Supplier, Finance, Logistics) * You will act as a bridge to the business units (SCM, Sales, Finance, etc.) and lead strategic governance committees * You will define and monitor MDM metrics (KPIs) using dashboards and drive continuous improvement processes * You will work closely with the MDM data architecture team to optimally translate strategic guidelines into technical solutions * You will actively promote a cultural shift toward active data ownership across the entire organization YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS * You bring at least 7 years of profound professional experience in the field of MDM, data governance, or data-driven transformation projects * Ideally, you possess solid industry expertise in FMCG, food, dietary supplements, or retail * You have proven leadership competence in cross-departmental projects as well as experience in building MDM governance structures in medium-sized companies * You understand end-to-end master data processes (especially Product, Customer, Supplier, and Finance) down to the smallest detail * You have sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA within the master data context and are familiar with systems such as ERP, PIM (e.g., Akeneo), CRM, WMS, or PLM (e.g., Centric) * You possess practical know-how regarding data models and system integrations * You are characterized by a structured, analytical, and strategic mindset, paired with a documentation quality suitable for top-management level * You convince with strong communication and moderation skills to drive organizational change, and you are fluent in both German and English WHY CHOOSE US? Start: Immediately | Level: Mid - Senior | Location: Germany, remote | Working Hours: Full Time (40h/Week)  As an IT Infrastructure Architect (gn), you will shape the technical future of our hybrid IT infrastructure. You will define and drive the target architecture for our infrastructure while leading the transformation towards a modern, standardized, and automated environment. This is not a purely architectural role. You will work hands-on alongside the team to build the first Infrastructure as Code foundations, establish best practices, and enable the organization to adopt scalable and sustainable automation. As the key interface between the Infrastructure and the Cloud & Platform teams, you will ensure that on-premises and cloud environments are designed and operated according to shared architectural principles and standards. YOUR MISSION * Define and continuously evolve the target architecture for our hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring that on-premises and cloud environments are designed as one integrated ecosystem * Establish and maintain architecture standards for network segmentation, naming conventions, security baselines, and reusable Infrastructure as Code modules * Evaluate technologies and support architecture decisions by determining the most suitable platform for workloads across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments * Collaborate closely with the Cloud & Platform team to establish shared architecture principles, standards, and technical best practices * Conduct architecture reviews for infrastructure and cloud projects to ensure consistency, scalability, and security * Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code as the team's standard way of working by designing and implementing reusable Terraform and/or Ansible modules * Define repository structures, code review processes, and deployment workflows to establish scalable Infrastructure as Code practices * Support and coach Infrastructure Engineers through pair programming, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing to enable long-term adoption of Infrastructure as Code * Coordinate the collaboration between Infrastructure and Cloud & Platform teams by defining clear ownership, provisioning responsibilities, and operational handover processes * Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and decision records while supporting project teams with realistic infrastructure planning and architectural guidance YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS * Several years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure architectures in hybrid environments * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform and/or Ansible * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS, with a solid understanding of the second platform * Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and hybrid networking concepts * Experience working with Git and version control best practices for Infrastructure as Code repositories * Ideally, experience with monitoring and observability solutions * A hands-on mindset with the ability to combine strategic architecture thinking with practical implementation * Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple teams around common technical standards and architectural decisions * Experience coaching colleagues through workshops, pair programming, and technical documentation * Experience working in infrastructure transformation initiatives and supporting teams through organizational and technical change * Fluent German and good English communication skills complete your profile WHY CHOOSE US?
