Role Summary As a Senior Enterprise New Logo Hunter at SOPHOS, you play a critical role in accelerating net-new customer acquisition in the enterprise segment. Operating as an Overlay function, you focus exclusively on identifying, qualifying, and progressing new logo opportunities, working in close alignment with Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs), Sales Engineering, and Partners. In this first line leadership position, you will define the go to market strategy, business plan and cohesive sales strategy for the DACH region, in order to meet annual business segment goals and KPIs. You will lead and grow a team of experienced Emerging Enterprise Account Executives in growing a productive and sustainable business in this pivotal territory. This role is based in Germany.
