Kortfattat om rollen
Ansvara för administration, uppföljning och utveckling av kund- och leverantörsavtal, inklusive kundbonus- och leverantörsavtal
Säkerställa korrekta kommersiella villkor, avsättningar samt hantera avtalsförnyelser, ändringar och offerter.
Följa upp och analysera KPI:er, statistik och avtalsprestanda för att stödja affärsbeslut och förbättra lönsamheten.
Driva effektiviseringar och kvalitetsförbättringar i avtalsrelaterade processer samt säkerställa regelefterlevnad.
Vara ett affärsnära stöd till säljorganisationen i avtalsfrågor, förhandlingar och kundrelaterade kommersiella aktiviteter.
Erfarenhet inom ekonomi/ekonomistyrning/handel eller motsvarande.
Avancerade kunskaper i Excel och SAP (primärt Vistex).
Goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska, såväl verbalt som i skrift.

What you'll do The role is responsible for ensuring that all equipment installed or removed during CMS Long Shutdown 3 (LS3) is accurately recorded in the CMS Equipment Management Database (EMdb). Acting as the interface between the physical inventory and the database, the post-holder ensures data consistency, maintains and enhances the database and its associated applications, and develops tools to improve data visualisation and accessibility. The role combines strong IT expertise with an understanding of the CMS experiment's equipment and asset management processes. It also provides support to colleagues across the CMS experiment in keeping the database up to date by preparing dedicated documentation and labelling for the services installation campaign, ensuring that equipment can be accurately identified, tracked and managed throughout its lifecycle. Your responsibilities Ensure the consistency, accuracy and integrity of the CMS Equipment Management Database by synchronising it with the physical installation and decommissioning of equipment. Act as the interface between field inventory activities of CMS teams and the Equipment Management Database, ensuring that all equipment installations, removals and modifications are accurately reflected in the system. Maintain, support and enhance the Equipment Management Database and its applications, ensuring their reliability and long-term sustainability while developing new features, dashboards and visualisation tools for equipment traceability, data quality monitoring and reporting. Drive continuous improvements to the usability, functionality and efficiency of the Equipment Management Database by streamlining the registration and management of equipment, cables and other assets, and enhancing data management and asset traceability across the CMS experiment. Supporting work on the field, to ensure that the operational aspects of asset installation run smoothly for the CMS experiment and that there is coherence between installed equipment and services and the database inventory Collaborate with the CERN Enterprise Asset Management service and ensure the inter-operationality of processes within the CERN-wide infrastructure and applications. Your profile Experience with relational databases and SQL. Experience with web application development, using for example Oracle APEX, PHP, JavaScript, client-oriented APIs. Experience monitoring data quality and ensuring data consistency between physical assets and the digital inventory system. Experience with engineering equipment, scientific infrastructure, or large-scale technical installations. Ability to develop dashboards and application features. Proactive in improving processes and application functionality. Familiarity with the CMS Experimental and upgrade program is an advantage. Ability to bridge operational activities in the field with IT systems and interface CERN asset management procedures. Master's degree or PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Computer Science or Applied Physics or a related field. Your skills Knowledge of database and/or data mining architectures and technologies. Conceptualising, designing and developing user experiences and interfaces. Decommissioning and disposal of detector components and systems. Development of application software. Defines clear objectives, milestones and deliverables before initiating work/ project. Builds and maintains constructive and effective work relationships. Ensures that information, procedures and decisions are appropriately documented. Addresses complex problems by breaking them down into manageable components. Proposes ways to improve or streamline existing procedures, processes and methodologies. Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the other language. Medical hazard Exposure to electromagnetic fields under certain exposure conditions. Given the occupational health risks associated with this position, the selected candidate must obtain medical clearance before a contract offer is confirmed. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Finance and Administration, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for effective and Reporting to and efficient support of the IT operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support (Level 1) by addressing requests submitted by staff and determine if/when requests need to be escalated to third-party providers. * Hardware diagnostic and repair; escalate requests to third parties when necessary. * Provide staff guidance and assistance with technological problems while ensuring security, privacy and IT policies are followed. * Collaborate with the third-party network and help desk provider and troubleshoot network, computer and software systems as required. * Process the onboarding and offboarding of employees. * Create, modify and deactivate user accounts and system access in accordance with organizational security policies. * Maintain and Manage endpoint operating systems, including patching and accurate inventory control. * Order and maintain IT hardware inventory (laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, cell phones) * Ensure assets are updated in the asset management system. * Ensure service level agreement targets are met and client satisfaction with service desk interactions are positive. * Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce support requests. * In collaboration with the third-party provider, develop and update all documentation related to Service Desk tasks, including process, how-to and self-help documentation. * Support cybersecurity initiatives by enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation and security awareness best practices in collaboration with the third-party network. * Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance and Administration. Education and Skills Required * Bachelor’s degree/college diploma in Information Technology or a related field OR equivalent professional experience. * 3 years of direct experience in providing technical support, IT project involvement in a team environment. * Demonstrated experience working in a client facing position within an ITIL context. * Proven experience working with supporting a Microsoft Cloud (365, Azure) environment * Previous experience supporting and deploying VOIP and/or SIP phone systems. * Experience working effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple customer priorities. * Experience working with a third party vendor management * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionally. * Demonstrated high customer service orientation, and the capability to manage and prioritize customer expectations. * Must be able to lift devices and boxes up to 40lbs and willing to occasionally visit offices in the Greater Toronto Area. * Strong preference for candidates with access to a vehicle. * Speaking and writing French is an asset This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization .
