We are currently looking for a Communication Coordinator. You will be welcomed as a full member of the team and will be assigned tasks and responsibilities in a close collaboration with your colleagues. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Communication Coordinator with a passion for copywriting, social media engagement and brand identity, to help us develop the Geely Tech Eu brand by building a strong online presence and creating employee engagement
What You'll Do
Develop and produce engaging content for internal communication channels, including employee intranet, emails and social media platforms.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information and create compelling stories that highlight company initiatives, successes, and updates.
Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels to build brand awareness.
Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and training sessions to educate, engage and inform Geely Tech Eu employees.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmark competitors to identify new opportunities. Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement.
Provide support on various internal communication projects and initiatives as needed. Support the PR/Com team with administrative tasks.
BSc in Communication or similar
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages based on target groups.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Excellent language skills in English, written and spoken.
Skills in graphic design are appreciated but not required.
Eagerness and a willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management skills.
