Your Role As an Junior Automotive Verification and Validation Engineer, you will be involved in working with new electrical architecture and complex systems of distributed software. In this role you will play a key role in: • Performing manual and exploratory testing on component and system rigs, HIL and SIL setups, and on vehicles. • Testing the new software capabilities of the vehicle platform. • Debugging and fault tracing. • Writing automated tests; functional and non-functional using Python, CAPL. De 4 viktigaste ansvarsområdena i rollen Här är de områden som definierar rollen och som du kommer att lägga mest tid på: Preppning och testning av fordonsmjukvara, antingen på komplettnivå eller på delsystemnivå. Detta innebär att förbereda testobjekt och exekvera tester direkt i fordonet, i bänkrigg eller i HIL/VIL miljö baserat på etablerade testprotokoll, med fokus på systemets elektriska egenskaper. Mjukvaru- och hårdvarubaselines: Du uppdaterar, verifierar och säkerställer att både hårdvara och mjukvara håller rätt baseline inför testning. Felsökning och logganalys: Du analyserar testresultat, gräver i loggar för att hitta grundorsaken till avvikelser samt skapar och hanterar felrapporter. Teknisk kommunikation: Du paketerar dina testresultat pedagogiskt och kommunicerar avvikelser till nodägare, Product Owners och Release Managers för att öka förståelsen för eventuella brister. Vi arbetar agilt med korta dagliga avstämningar och ett starkt fokus på kunskapsdelning. Teamet sitter nära kundens fysiska testfordon, och vi har en skön kultur där vi bollar idéer och hjälper varandra när komplexa fel dyker upp i loggarna. Vem är du idag? För att trivas och lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har: En högskole- eller masterexamen inom elektroteknik, mekanik, mekatronik, data eller motsvarande utbildning Vi letar efter dig som nydligen tagit examen, men gärna har erfarenhet från tidigare jobb/sommarjobb inom fordonsbranschen alternativt har mekat en del hemma med olika fordonstyper. Ett strukturerat och analytiskt arbetssätt – ditt sinne för ordning och reda är din drivkraft i testarbetet, och du älskar att hitta mönster i loggfiler. En god kommunikativ förmåga där du på ett trevligt men effektivt sätt kan förklara avvikelser för olika intressenter. B-körkort (EU) med god körvana Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
