Responsibilities
Are you our next lead for analysis & workshop operations, ready to build, lead, and develop a key function in Älvängen?
In this role, you bring together operational leadership, technical analysis, and commercial responsibility to develop and drive
analysis operations across new development, testing, and aftermarket. The goal is to establish a scalable and quality-assured

We are looking for
Someone with a natural passion for technical and operational environments, where analysis, leadership, and development come
together.
To be successful in the role you come from the automotive industry, ideally with experience in testing, validation, verification,
or aftermarket analysis. If you have experience in powertrain systems is a strong advantage, especially within electrification and
electric drivetrains. We believe that you have a degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, mechatronics, or similar).
To succeed you have solid understanding of how technical development and test environments work in practice. You are comfortable
producing clear and structured technical reports and have experience with budget responsibility and business performance.
You have led people before and take pride in developing teams and individuals. Experience in customer-facing technical roles,
where you bridge technical solutions and customer needs, is a plus.
Given the international nature of our business, you communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in
writing

The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is
easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.
For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in
progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.
If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry

As an Agile Project Leader for Projected Functions, you will lead development within the areas of Apple CarPlay (ACP) and Android Auto Projection (AAP)—key customer facing features and strategic components of our infotainment platform. You will guide cross functional teams responsible for end-to‑end development across connectivity, audio/video handling, resource management, integration ‑and certification. Your role includes coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring high ‑quality integration of projected-function technologies across multiple platforms, and securing that deliveries meet OEM expectations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Delivery * Lead and mentor agile development teams responsible for ACP and AAP functionalities, ensuring focus, flow, and quality. * Plan, execute, and deliver projected-function features using Agile methodologies. * Coordinate integration and validation across functional areas (audio/video stack, connectivity, navigation,) * Ensure teams maintain strong ownership, sense of urgency, and system understanding. * Coordinate with OEMs on projected-function deliveries, test results, and certification outcomes. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams such as GlaDOS (testing & certification), PickLock (audio/video stack), and MatchBox (connectivity, integration & navigation), but also within teams we are dependent on at the OEM side. Integration, Testing & Quality * Oversee end-to-end validation of ACP/AAP, ensuring compatibility, stability, and performance across platforms. * Drive test planning, certification preparation, and issue resolution together with test development teams. * Monitor incoming defects and feature requests, ensuring prioritization and smooth delivery flow. Stakeholder Communication * Act as primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and suppliers. * Provide clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. * Ensure documentation and alignment with industry standards, platform requirements, and ACP/AAP certification criteria.
